Hello Rookie, not sure myself but to my knowledge the company is still running and my guess is after the pandemic MMC will re list onto the market and take off. Although another guess which ive heard more and probably more likely, would be the company gets sold for a nice profit for us.
so what is happening with this company? and our shares?
Cheers Hall and Mibo nice to hear from you both.
Have tucked them away in a bottom drawer and let’s hope at some point in the future we get a nice surprise...
Over and out for now!
Thanks for the reply Finster, good to hear from you. I too ended up getting though to them with the same reply. My holding is also not huge (300k @.41). After some more research I’ve decided I am going sit on them with my fingers crossed for a buyer, but I think a more likely outcome will be a re listing after the covid pandemic when the company feels they are ready. The large investing from big names pre de listing still makes me hopeful this could be a nice profit. Also a good learning curve as I have never invested in a company that was planning to de list. All the best.
Hey Hall, not sure if you are still looking in here. Managed to get through to HL, wasn’t easy!
So basically a few options...1) if we are lucky and they want to buy our shares, then they contact HL and then they will message us with the details of the offer. 2) you can donate them to charity if you want rid 3) you can withdraw them as paper share certificates and try to sell yourself - apparently some companies offer these services. At the moment HL won’t do this due to capacity.
As I don’t have a huge holding I am just going to leave them there for the rest of the year. If nothing happens I will probably donate some and withdraw the rest.
Let me know if you hear anything!
Finster - did you manage to speak to HL about communication after de listing? Cheers
Sorry Mibo, not sure I understand that, can you explain in simpleton terms?
Looking forward to this stock not showing as red on the daily’s tomorrow in my portfolio ha
What's the latest for this stock? It appears that it is still listed on the LSE; however it's clearly not available for trading through brokers. http://www.mcgplc.com/investors/detailed-share-price
Let’s hope for the best, you can’t trade otc stocks on HL online but may be able to over the phone. Is anyone else able to trade otc using their broker ?
Fellow comrades I will keep checking in as long as this board remains - good luck to us all!
750k shares dont expect any news anytime soon well either weve been stupid or or clever its delisted now gl all
Hi, after delisting how will I be able to trade or even check price etc? Thanks!
Lower yes to sell, but not to buy...they want you to pay premium and that’s just for a few loose shares worth £50-100 here and there...just try buying. They’re is just no stock available.
Whereas MMs are just playing us with the spread...it’s all a smoke screen. Time will tell...gla
Nope it’s thankyou very much to the sellers...they’re be gobbled up if not already.
Looking bleek here
Thank you. MMC has by far the largest spread of the stocks I'm currently in, and the SP veers sharply most days. So that's pretty telling.
I'm new to all this and bought a small chunk of MMC a few days ago; don't understand the gulf between buy/sell and likely impact of delisting. Any thoughts welcome, cheers

What are your thoughts on Zak Mir?
I'm new to trading so I've listened to 1 of his podcast so far and he ain't always right IMO
0.231 to sell this morning
mms should let it go soon enough buy the dips clearly they dont want you to buy as theyve increased spread.this is a good company with only a small amount of shares available to the public
Lots more trades being put through on NEX
Once again false trades are being reported together with the SP...do not understand why they’re going to great lengths to deceive investors?
Zak Mir thinks this could hit 0.8p...let’s see how this plays out.
Let's hope for deep pockets then
What do we think will add the most value buy out or buy back ?
