Yes indeed Liquid. I can't see any reason why Malvern would not be included in this scheme. They are an accredited School, teaching an excellent range of courses;
Courses include:
a. Certificate, Diploma and pre-University programs;
b. University degree and post-graduate programs;
c. Courses for professional examinations;
d. Tuition services for secondary school students and English language teaching;
e. Professional development and corporate training.
These fall into exactly what the Government are looking at teaching people in the Lifetime Skills Guarantee. If i was a shareholder or director of this company i would be very happy reading that news.

So us Malvern going to gain from UK gov?
Prime minister announces ‘Lifetime Skills Guarantee’
Yesterday the Prime Minister announced huge changes to the adult education system in England to help boost the post-Covid economy.
One of the key points raised was a new “lifetime skills guarantee” that would offer a fully funded college course to all people over 18 in England without an A-level or equivalent qualification. The commitment will be paid for under an already-announced £2.5bn boost to England’s National Skills Fund coming into effect in April 2021.

In for a penny in for pound
Topped up :)
Averaged down to .19 so need a good RNS
Yes Liquid, you could well be right, an after hours RNS is quite possible. It's been mentioned on other sites too. That would set us up for a (hopefully) interesting Thursday and Friday's trading. GLA

Hi Seamus,
They are due today - being the end of September - but of course, with all that's going on that's no pre requisite that they actual come out today.
Whatever the case, you points are true and valid and i would like to believe that Malvern have made great efforts to be included in the Lifetime Skill Guarantee that the Gov announced and that you mentioned in your earlier post.
This, to my mind, is incredible news for Malvern in that the PM has said a new "lifetime skills guarantee" would offer a fully funded college course to all people over 18 in England without an A-level or equivalent qualification.
This should be like music to Malvern's ears that these courses are to funded by the £2.5bn already announced to for the England's National Skills Fund coming into effect next April.
The future looks good for Malvern. GLA all investors.
Looking forward to some good results!! fingers crossed all. Hopefully make a good bit of money.
Hey Drifty
are they definitely coming ? I was expecting them Monday
Lets hope they delayed and have been approved for this Gov Scheme or some other positive news like online growth. I don't think it will take too much to double or more from these levels
Yes Seamus, and also because the Results are due to be released later today, all being well. Looking forward to seeing this SP rise from a historic low. GLA Investors
