at near the placing price. Big things coming here - re the institutional investors also recently topping up.
Say MITH is next (that won't be a surprise to those that have done there research)....their very tight lipped at Walbrook PR ;) DYOR
This pretty much spells it out for me mate, I guess the tough part is waiting for it now "The Company is targeting a significant deal. Accordingly a listing on the Official List of the FCA, as opposed to a junior market, matches the future ambitions of the Company in terms of scale, quality and appreciation in shareholder value." Happy days indeed, although i don't like to count my chickens before they've hatched but this one looks on the money ;)
I suspect the savvy got in @4p or high 3s and are sitting waiting prob plenty watching too sniff of news and happy days.
Hi mate, glad i came across it, very surprised the herd aren't all over it considering the developments over at CLEE (got a feeling it won't take them all that long to catch on), these two have most definitely been set up with a big purpose in mind. The language being used for both set ups is almost identical not to mention the folk involved. We next, I don't think we'll have to wait too long either now. Trying to make some enquiries myself see what I can find out on time scales.
Yep heavy hitters backing mith.......just sit back and wait to see what they are lining up.
With that impressive holding.
Of Concha just noticed his involvement here as well, check out the propectus.
Tick up on ASK, i managed to grab a few at 4p.
Nice cash pile (£3.5m raised at 3p on IPO), big ii's/hitters (Candy) backing this, big ambitions here "The Company is targeting a significant deal. Accordingly a listing on the Official List of the FCA, as opposed to a junior market, matches the future ambitions of the Company in terms of scale, quality and appreciation in shareholder value." With CLEE suspended pending RTO & the same folk involved here this looks set to be next...MITH got a mention alongside CLEE in that Sunday Times article, big things afoot. IMHO DYOR. Here's a snapshot of the full article circulated on twitter: http://t.co/ysRfXmdThV
Thanks, thought the reaction today would have been more positive, but at least I have a marker down now.
Welcome aboard, clee sp dipped just before rto shares got mopped up and will trade well when relisted to aim.mith is next !.
A couple of k on the bell. Trade not showing.
Yes FG I am in here and expecting some movement here soon and the CLEE deal should get things moving here hopefully. Happy to sit and wait of course as we have a lot of cash sitting there ready for the big deal.
Yep great news on clee......as you say mith next, just look at the backing both have.double baggers.i take it your in here .
http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/business/Tech_and_Media/article1539827.ece MITH next!!!
I'm frightened what I'd find behind my sofa !.........still nothing more scary than when the misses takes the card shopping !!!!,need to sit down.
Well with candy brothers involved and ii mopping up shares I'm expecting big things here........sp been close to 3p ipo for a while suprised mith hasn't seen more attention !.
I only feel safe behind the sofa with my security blanket ! I feel safer in shells that are cash rich with no debt and no Darwin ... MITH could be the next TEA ... again if it is the home for Europe lithium which is lookimg for a listing and a 5 mill gbp raise then this really could be the next REM ....
Yes but it's a case of follow the money for me with shells ,candy brothers are in heavy so are hh no need to reel of the list it's impressive and they must have a good feel of what the bod have in store for mith.just feels safer here lol.
No but all 3 are connected by PR ....they are all paper cos in reality with no assets apart from cash and their listing and tax credits ... so any of them could be utilised for an RTO for the asset that could max their tax credits ...
Yep looked at them.......already risen from 5p low so not for me.much better value to be had here.gl.
I believe GUSC have very good backing, Nigel Wray just to name one. They only have a mcap of 1.5m. Thats got huge potential also. Check it out.
Those other shells don't have the backing mith or clee have. ......thoughts ?.
