Correct, traders have got to sell 2.8M shares before this slack is taken up and the SP can start to climb again.
We're not seeing much benefit for a series of positive announcements. Presumably due to Librae selling down and only PIs there to pick up the pieces.
...is more evidence of just how underrated MERC is at its present SP. All that is needed is a little patience (not forgetting a teensy bit of good luck!) and this will move skyward. I would not be surprised if within a year or two it moves to the Main Board.
Much too good to miss. Under the radar but classy and sensible.
...the figures! When this year's figures are out in a few months, folk will realize just how unervalued these are. And there is scope for a decent hike in the dividend too.
And increasing ref. RNS https://www.investegate.co.uk/mercia-asset-mgt-plc--merc-/rns/mercia-s-northern-vcts-raise--40.0million/202203100706403270E/ :)
Sizeable discount to NAV now.
Mr. Tchenguiz possibly selling a few (Librae Holdings Limited).
That Bentley could work as an escape car for Ukranians at the Russian border.
The volume yesterday was mostly sales and the price went up.
Gents
Apart from the Dionne Warwick speakers did you see the 12.48mill turnover in the stock today ?
Yes, D4 in 2024 should blow the doors off. May need some 4' 33" to chill-out to after the excitement. I see there's a Dubstep Remix of 4' 33", but the Bentley owners would certainly not approve of that . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0OD0EEkJdQ or would they ? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VL25sjH1ZUQ
If Warwick can make that sound good they really have cracked it. Looking forward to the next note!
Ah ! the Bentley, a piece of automotive artwork. Some would say timeless (unless you cover it in camouflage wrap ?). I have a Bentley owner track suggestion which you may approve of (given it's performance location). Nearly timeless and a bit cagey

Ha ha, you see far into the future, unless you’re referring to Bentley owners. Imagine the stress of deciding which track to play first. I don’t think I could handle it.
"If music be the food of love" then the future sees people sitting out in their driveway or parking space, listening to High Fidelity music in their "Warwick Acoustic" enabled automotive sound cubicles.
"Play on"

One for boards? “Warwick, these words have turn'd my hate to love;
And I forgive and quite forget old faults,”
Just added today, seem like good value, any thoughts gents ?
Have you got nothing better to do on a Saturday?
Were you on night watch Friday morning to post at such an unearthly hour ?
Holed up waiting for the end? You're confusing me with your great white hope, bish bash bosh Boris.
Now our Mercia investo-ments are secure, we have time to reflect on the benign. Noakes scaling Nelsons column and Valerie Singleton riding a Chopper. Also, how wearing a Hippy Purves waist sash, can radically improve your sense of balance and low speed riding skills.
"P" "All aboard" about to "cast off" on the great Northern VCT adventure. "'...and don't ye knock it all back at once"
Memory Lane or Mercia ?
Stuck in that fjord waiting for the end I guess memory lane ?

On the subject of Blue Peter they don’t make presenters like John Noakes any more. If you’ve ever tried climbing a vertical ladder you’ll know what I mean.
Ooh missus.
That’s the only time you’re going to see Val Singleton with a chopper between her legs.
The Chopper was all about aesthetics. It weighed a ton an given the tyre spec., wasn't very fast either. The original Choppers with the round gear knob, would vibrate/ jump out of gear over rough ground resulting in the rider smacking their knee on the handle bar .. nice ..!
