Green House IPO in Q1 2024. I think it's been hinted at in a few RNS's that us PIs might get given shares in this as a dividend, in the same way we got ATOME shares previously. That would be nice....
Good news on green energy progress more of hobbies 4 PL not think this sort news will interest investors in Paraguay, another highly risky investment,

In the New Year. Very unsurprising announcement. Wouldn't make sense to start work the week before Christmas and then have to pause it.
2024, the year Men goes back to work in Paraguay. Results probably beginning of March? Maybe this time it'll come good.......
Over due update, MEN now targets spudding the Tapir x1 well in November and will provide further updates as appropriate.
Another potential future money-maker (or loser, of course) could go either way....

Agreement signed between G-Mobility and Clean Power Hydrogen
Molecular Energies (AIM: MEN), the international energy company, provides an update relating to G-Mobility and CPH2.
G-Mobility, a subsidiary of Green House Capital, the green division of Molecular which is progressing a spin out and IPO notes the RNS announcement of Clean Power Hydrogen PLC ("CPH2") made today in relation to a non-binding framework agreement having been signed between G-Mobility and CPH2.
Under the non-binding framework agreement the parties will explore a licensing arrangement for the manufacture and sale of CPH2's electrolysers in the Mercosur trading bloc of countries in South America.
G-Mobility believes there is a significant market opportunity for the supply of domestically produced electrolysers in the large Mercosur trading bloc including Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina, and this agreement is enhances the ability of G-Mobility to be a key player in this market.
Should be installing the BOP for the Paraguay drill to commence. It could be reasonable to expect all of the well head work to be completed and even some depth drilling to have been completed, if only to test the rig. They know the geology to know what depth would be safe without a BOP in place. If that's the case a a shorter drill time could be expected. I suspect some gamesmanship in play here to thwart the speculators and traders. I won't be surprised to learn of a rig brakedown just to unsettle those traders ;)
With 40 million due from the sale of the Argentinian assets it makes our market cap of c10 million look a little ridiculous.
14% up so far today. :-)
Roll on lots more days like this......
I’ve got a long way to break even on this share, hope it keeps rising.
Great news for President's Argentine business, that MEN sold to Peter Levine a month or so ago! Good news that the debt can be repaid. This is good news for MEN and the SP.
The cynic in me thinks that this has much the bigger impact for the Argentine Ops that Peter Levine has taken private which makes that deal a little bit worse for us shareholders.
Still, it is good news, so mustn't grumble too much....

Pro-business result of the Argentina Presidential Election
Molecular Energies (AIM: MEN), the international energy company, notes the results of the election of the new Argentine President, who will take office on 10 December 2023.
The incoming President, Javier Milei, is a free-market economist and has stated that he intends to remove many of the current Argentine government restrictions on businesses. This includes those relating to foreign exchange and payments abroad which have plagued businesses under the current administration, including President Petroleum S.A. ("PPSA"), MEN's former subsidiary.
There may be complexities in implementation of such a strategy, but President Elect Milei has re-confirmed this objective with effect forthwith upon gaining office.
Should they occur, the removal of these restrictions will allow PPSA to commence repaying, starting in H1 2024, the intercompany debt outstanding to MEN, which is currently in excess of US$ 13 million pursuant to the terms of the agreement under which PPASA was sold in September 2023.
Furthermore, any more favorable business environment will be an advantage to President Nuevo Energia, a subsidiary of Green House Capital, a business specifically designed to operate in the green sector in Argentina.
From yahoo finance
Green House Capital Group PLC CEO Christopher Raggett speaks to Thomas Warner from Proactive ahead of a planned AIM listing.
Raggett started by giving an overview of the business, explaining that it is comprised of four 100% owned subsidiaries all in green and alternative energy, each standing independently but benefiting from their symbiotic relationship.
The subsidiaries include ATON6 (carbon credit trading), Dual Fuel Limited (retrofitting diesel trucks for hydrogen use), G-Mobility Ltd (hydrogen production), and HYSO (biomass valorization for green fertilizer).
Raggett emphasised that while ATON6 is currently the most developed, all subsidiaries contribute to each other's growth.
The company's strategy involves enabling each entity to establish itself quickly and achieve standalone status during the growth phase.
Green House Capital is currently the green energy subdivision of Molecular Energies on AIM, but Raggett reaffirmed Green House's commitment to its own AIM listing, saying that the company is "still working very hard" to make it happen.
He expressed confidence in the AIM market environment for business growth and highlighted the potential benefits, including inheritance tax relief.
Worth less than what floated at 2 years ago.

They have 1 drill with 17% chance of some success, is that percentage accurate, unlikely, not sure markets interested in drill in country like Paraguay, only my thoughts, an investment in atom, still at its float price, and some green energy firm which will be floated,
