You having a laugh! When have brokers ever thought about small investors. It’s simple they want as many trades as they can, and this is where they make their money. You should know if you’re investing…this is basics.
Yes I know thanks, just being vicious It’s something I am often caught out on leaving them to chose what I over pay by. It is usually a good sign but as I said I think brokers are trying to avoid small investors in getting caught out, like a due diligence thing. If it was going up it would be up this afternoon.
Monet - it stands for NEGOTIATED TRADE as in the market makers need you to feed through your order as they have no current stock to match you with. Always a good sign on the buy side to see means any order being put via NT will normally take the price higher. When there’s little to go around this is why we see constant NT and PME price monitoring extensions here. See some confident buys at full ask printed…

Hope you’ve ordered your xmas dinner from them jock, they need all the help they can get.
14.29% same as todays current loss !
2pm the day before the vote - we are where we are. NT = No trades.
NT to buy meaning any
Buys the Ask about
To get put up past 3.20 imo
Yes :only 40% down in 3 days:obviously in demand
ProfitJock you are comedic! :D
Here we go engines are revving up somebody something wants them
Badly imo
Book is on the turn
Let’s go
NEGOTIATED TRADE to BUY once more and they’re not in demand some have been saying- pull the other one!!

I have a strong suspicion here I think it was never company /kev buying here (reminder obliged to disclose any dealings of any amount and we’ve had non ) it has been ii adding to their positions to block the vote here.
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
It’s once again buys are negotiated trade so get ready for a lift up now - ii holders will vote against imho they too hold a decent percentage here - I added up the related parties and can’t see that they are included. So add that to the votes against. People are buying here for the rerate when the vote for company delisting fails. It was never a done deal like they’d like to make you think it was!

They don’t want any come back.
Your broker protecting you.
Halifax say too late to attend need to request an invite. So it will just be more like a compulsory meeting.
Some decent buying coming in I see I think this is going to rally now as if board/kev haven’t bought (we can conclude they have not nor any related party under AIM rules as no TR1) then they will not have enough so the weighted argument now is that it swings to favour them losing this vote tomorrow.
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
I think if you didn’t request an invite to attend and vote you will be amongst the thousands of small investors who won’t be bothered.
Buy now then!! Cheaper than this morning
Would not let me buy all morning, fed up of it! They just looking for sellers…meaning buyers in the wing or else why not allow us to buy???
HH
I’m my own person a seasoned investor I don’t need to do anything pay your money take your own choice however as you’ve pointed out those pi holders won’t be selling either. They still hold them so haven’t gone to Board and why would they not vote ffs. Don’t forget other fund ii unconnnected to company who absolutely won’t want this as a private investment and they haven’t sold either during this period.

With Profit Jock posting BOD need 40% of Votes as they only have 35%'and its me who needs to read a book!!!
Name me any company vote where on the premise of proposed delisting they’d only get 50% turnout don’t be ridiculous P!
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
If only 50 % of shareholders vote:they only require 27 million shares to delist
Exactly 75% of Votes cast:So if only 50% of shareholders vote:they will require 75%of 36 million shares(50 % of shares in issue) they have 25 million guaranteed
P
No they need to win 75% of the of the vote on the day. That’s very different thing altogether and currently on an average voter turn out they don’t have enough to get that. Even working on a very tiny turn out calculation.
‘To be passed, the resolution in respect of the Cancellation requires, pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, the approval of not less than 75 per cent. of the votes cast by Shareholders at the General Meeting. The resolution to approve the Re-registration and the adoption of New Articles also requires the approval of not less than 75 per cent. of the votes cast by shareholders at the General Meeting.’
