Looking good for a good rise again if they are after your shares
I just sold 140,000 at 0.451p. I was going to hang on to see what happened when the company went private but couldn't resist getting some cash out when the share price jumped first thing this morning. Where will it go now I wonder?
.28 to sell tho
Some spread that
Wouldn’t that be fabulous…..
Mind you amigo ,NSF any other lender who wanted a non prime - sub prime finance book would really be paying peanuts for an established profitable business -obviously priced with the current circumstances in mind -I took a punt let’s see how it plays out - best of luck
One final twist....reckon it goes up tomorrow
Life in there yet
I,m keeping mine. They are worth a tenth of what I paid for them. I did make a few quid on them buying them at .45 though I think it was initially and selling at 1.97 so I am not bothered either way.
It's quite straightforward
Hello you all,
Curious if anybody is gonna hold their shares and is gonna trade later via Asset Match.
Do people see experience with Asses Match and see chances?
After 12 months there will be no other options to sell shares?
If they secure funding and the SOA then this should increase the market cap of the company before they have to pay the claims via issuing more shares in june 2024.....1 for 19 will result in there roughly being 2.6 b in issue......with the claims paid and the company back in profit....what will the shares be worth then?....remember this company used to have a market cap of £180m plus when trading normally......plus the competition has gone....not for the short term or the faint hearted but could do well over the next five years if they survive......imho
Now only a £350k market cap. Must be lowest on the market.....
Can it be dropped any lower?
Looks like we might see a short squeeze buying spree in the next 2 days
That is more like it spread is good.
Can trade today easily
The company is worth more than half a million pound in theory, but if they do a 19 for 1 share issue to raise the £20 million they (might) need to pay all the claims that will be 90% dilution.
That means £1,000 invested today even at 0.36p will become just £100 after they give 90% of the company away.
The value of the company would then need to go up 9 times before you would break even let alone make a profit.
The spreads are a bit narrower today. I bought a few because this company must surely be worth more than its £500k market capitalisation. Will there be a late surge before the AIM listing is cancelled at the end of the week, or will we just have to wait and see how existing shareholders get treated after the company goes private (probably not very well).
With spreads going from 10% to 30% it's not punters who will get some money out of this.
I have dumped this and given up… watch it rise like a Pheonix from the ashes now lol
This will be traded daily people will get some money out of this
What ?? ITS is down 11% ffs !
ITS
No it doesn’t delist until next Friday and then if you want to stay you can. It won’t be daily trading but they have set up Asset Match
So do we lose our dosh ?
isn't it only £1.5K at yesterday' price?
So if it's 75% rule then they just missed 190K share-votes against to get a different outcome.
