O.5m for Verify in 2019 (which was 9x the rev in 2018)
If they can do x3 this year than they are break even
Of course they didn't sell Verify but Location data and insights "division"
From annual report:
Achieved a 60% increase in like-for-like sales; revenue in 2019 from
Location data and Insights delivered £710,700
Verify delivered £495,554
From 2021 their revenue will be solely coming from Verify, with estimate expenses of £2m ,there will be shortfall of £1.5m.
I know its only rough estimate but numbers don't lie and without massive increase of clients another destructive rise is coming.
The deal allows Location Sciences to focus on Verify as its sole business going forward, positioning itself as a pure play location verification and insights company, while ensuring access to the largest pool of quality location data globally, giving the Company a distinct competitive advantage in the market place
I think you are wrong there. They sold the data part of the business to X-Mode not the Verify product. So all revs coming from Verify are still ours.. unless I completely misunderstood the agreement
Wimie
I'm not arguing that Verify audiences isn't a new product , my point is LS from Jan 2021 will lose the revenue from Jcdeaux, Caci etc.
And that is huge chunk of current companies revs coming from as Verify didn't get enough traction to take over so far.
How are they going to avoid another damaging placing at the end of Y20 then?
Wrong! They sold the data side to X Mode
So they can work on the Verify product, Verify Audience is a new product..
They are on the right track
Don't forget guys that UK buissness was sold to xmode including takeover of clients.
Waccamacca
It is interesting, but for all the wrong reasons !! :)
Happyrob,Thank you wimie, this is what really counts the stuff we don't know about.
What everything Hahahaha!!!!
Hopefully this will get interest now
Really interesting news which once again demonstrates the company's lack of communication skills.
If JC Decaux have any sense they will put us all out of our misery and buy LSAI, AND at these prices they could probably steel it for the price of a bag of chips and a wally !!
These are big players! For sure the product must be good if they have it on their website already
And if JC Decaux is the new product than surely others will do so as well.
Fingers crossed for some steady and positive news flow
Thank you wimie, this is what really counts the stuff we don't know about.
