how's that for hocus locus
A liquidity event (in our case an IPO is what’s planned) gives the opportunity for a share holder to sell some/all of their shares (or indeed buy new shares) at whatever the market price is at the time. It has been a long time for shareholders to hold an illiquid stock and we want to remedy this as soon as we reasonably can.
Technically we are owners of the company as shareholders... so not sure what hocus pocus he is refering to...
I also can 100% guarantee I am 100% committed to making a trip to the Caribbean this year.. deosnt mean I'll make it though
Just give a relist date and be done with it!
thanks for your response, so there is no way for shareholders to get their money, already invested, back but rather invest more??
An IPO is short for an initial public offering. It is when a company initially offers shares of stocks to the public. It's also called "going public." An IPO is the first time the owners of the company give up part of their ownership to stockholders. Before that, the company is privately-owned
I can 100% guarantee we are 100% committed to making sure our shareholders have a liquidity event for their holdings this year. The plan is that this be in the form of an IPO.
What does this mean in English?
all kicking off now
Q&A on Tally shareholders not started yet?
Pegnet is smashing it, where tally is missing the boat, check it out.
"Ask him for 6 month transaction and income data, new sign ups and how many users of Tally. Guaranteed he swerves the questions."
More than happy to ask this...as no.2 and no.1 Is this 100% coming back to market?
Just wondered as you wrote this..
Ask him for 6 month transaction and income data, new sign ups and how many users of Tally. Guaranteed he swerves the questions.
Surely it's better to ask him yourself, more people asking the more likely to get answers.

As a non share holder, why are you so concerned and aggressively pessimistic?
This is like a bank robber stashing a few million quid from a robbery Then having a change of heart, he takes it to a police station to report he had found it and the police say "No one's reported it missing, so if no one does then the money is yours" Finders Keepers?
Legalised robbery
mate if its a con, will all soon be very clear tonight, from history and even Parry generations, don't look to promising.
Lets hope that Parry has a conscious and doesn't run off with our hard earned.
One simple question would be is this going to Relist: yes or no...
and PArry's simply answer will probably something along the lines of...Its more likely to relist than not relist...Completely avoiding the question.
Parry and Hazel are a couple of cowboys, playing with investors money and, by the sentiment of most, emotions!!!
good luck hope we get some concrete answers and NO waffle or hot air!
I trust you like I trust malaria, Chavhardy. You and Big7.
Genuine shareholders are annoyed at what's happened here but why don't you and your merry band of trolls at least get yourselves over to the Tally forum and make your point with CP and RH there? Rather than whinging on here, which is just the lazy man sounding board.
Those very ones BB
Serial Entrepreneur types
What the "Im a dynamic go getter who doesn't take no for an answer, sell sand to the Arabs type who's not here to make friends just get the job done"..... I had a boss like that 10years ago... I still feel guilty (not) for not pointing out his mistakes but I was smiling when he was given his marching orders!..... these type crack me up. :-0
Whenever I hear CP speak or read his words he always reminds me of those smarmy sales folk that go on the apprentice. You know the ones. All talk and big egos.
Our money is lost unless they can tell us a realist date
I've met enough people in my life who are profesional fob you off merchants and they are ATM in the same league
They took our money then delististed so our money is trapped
Disgraceful behaviour
WE NEED THE RELIST DATE
THESE GUYS ARE MAKING ME REALLY ANGRY
