SP dropping last few days.... profit takers I guess
Looks a big number (10x MC) but once you strip studies/PFS, financing & CAPEX, the IRR is likely to be paltry. But definitely a base to work on. I'd be disappointed if after 2x5,000m campaign across JKL we weren't closer to 0.3mOz in situ. JK has a lot of historical drilling similar to Loflin. Geo work should help us pinpoint the best drilling locations.
Can't wait for drilling to kickoff.
Well, considering our Mcap is 11m I still believe this proven reserve of 110m (65k oz gold) is not "peanuts", however as you said I am also looking forward to the extension of JKL reserves, and what is more I am looking forward for the potential of Carolina Belle project, which had great assay results between 1 to 17 g/t au....
They have stated point blank that they will sell. 65k ounces is a peanut.. But it will expand at Loflin and expect a new reserve at Jones Keystone after this round of drilling. The next 3 months in the run up to Christmas will be really exciting. It starts to get interesting at 250 to 300k ounces.. That's potentially 30mn quids worth. The potential is there for much more than this.
Will they mine or sell the assets? I mean we are sitting on 65000 oz of gold with jkl project only...
We're on the same page. This is just the start of the journey, literally.. Its going to be getting lots bigger.. In multiple locations. We've had a breakout, now the consolidation and test of the old resistance as a support. Bring it on.. Cheap under 4.5.
Ha, Ha. The number of shares purchased is not quite 2x the number sold so far today, yet the price has fallen overall. MMs are probably need the shares.... Smart Investors will be accumulating.
Traders will buy the rumour and sell on news irrespective of fundamentals. Smart money bought big a while ago (and still adding). Just hold tight as we got more good stuff incoming.
Reserve report smart by management. Remember from initial documents if reserves were greater than a certain amount (at variable grades), a payment of some kind needed to be made. Management able to sidestep this but still have solid foundations through this reserve to move the company higher. Drilling 5,000m will be massive. Also Canadian labs seem a lot quicker than South American/Australian counterparts which is good.
Javier P - people selling on news (no matter how good) is not unusual.
I suspect this will rerate significantly in the short term IMHO
Strange SP behaviour..... going down instead of going up, thought we would re-rate after the RNS
Over the coming 2-4 years the resources will each be proved up. Ultimately I do not think we will be mining, but assets purchased. Will be aiming to add, on dips. Free float getting smaller too..,,
I am not forgetting these costs Rosy just mentioning that yesterday we were a company with nothing and today we are a company with something. That alone is value.
I wish it did work this way too, but it doesn't . You forgot the cost of extraction and set up costs. However, as I mentioned earlier.. It really is the hope value that we are buying into. This is the first, small step into a much bigger eventual outcome. From multiple sites.. Watch, wait and see. The key is that the CEO says this first resource is pretty easily expandable. The anomalies are there, it is geologically open to the northeast and the southwest etc, and with JK to come too after this round of drilling...
This'll be a nice little earner...
Mmm, more positive news with a confirmed reserve, which looks to be the first of several over the coming months. Rather than selling some, I've just bought another 42,489 shares, which should appear on the Trades shortly. I really do think this company is finally on the rise (been waiting since 2009, mind you!).
GLA
Bit of a sell-off happening at the minute - seems premature to me…
GLA
And thats only this project!
Imagine when the other assets/projects are fully assessed.
I know it doesn’t work this way as far as a valuation is concerned but at least we can say we are sitting on $113mn worth of easily extractable gold. Not to shabby!
