Very well said jeremiah99
The cash saved will ensure a nice two week stopover in Bali on the way to their next jolly in Oz. ;-)
Only 1% dilution saves the company the cash. I believe something similar was done many years ago with a nameless computer company. They are now the largest company in the world market value. Need I say more. News soon on trading etc.
because we keep the £32,000 and the dilution is minuscule. Absolute NO BRAINER in business terms.
And we could have ELECTED to say no.We have cash why dilute the share further and I don't see the hordes of investors piling in, in fact as of 13.43 1 trade on this platform which says more than any rns.
cashchaser- READ THE RNS. It's simple and quite easy to understand. Here is a copy and paste from the RNS try and help simplify matters for you: PGMM has elected to have the larger portion of their payment in shares with the number of shares determined by a nominal price of 0.1p. and a stronger hint.......PGMM has elected......
Hang on in there monkeynut maybe by the end of the decade you will turn a profit. One question I have is why did they not just pay PGMM what they were owed rather than further dilute the share.
PGMM are hedging there bets LDP will reach 0.1p.. Got along way to go before i break even lol. 0.3 seems an eternity away.
Hmm..I have just over half the shares held by PGMM but at half the price..I feel "well aligned" as they say and hopeful of some reward for my ongoing backing of LDP's ultra-high risk not that obvious reward strategy!!! As Tank says PGMM must have some confidence in the rate of return and must see scope for the price to at least double if not triple in short-medium term. Hopefully we can get some new small, medium and large investors in here. With genuine hope of meaningful growth, companies like this can just take-off and create positive feedback loops to bring in cash and assets. It is cold and frosty here but hope springs eternal LDP have turned the worm (or whatever the phrase is!). RD
I don't see the investors flooding in today perhaps they have all got up late.
A massive statement from the RNS - “PGMM has been instrumental in providing due diligence on and indeed providing continuing top level management to High Mannor in Australia. It is a significant sign of confidence that they wish to take Leed shares in payment at such a premium to the market price”. So, PGMM have agreed to take payment for their work, in shares at double the current sp. If the sp does not reach 0.1p, then they not be paid in full. When (or if) the sp rises above 0.1p, they will be paid over and above the origininal amount charged for their work. They know High Mannor inside out, having completed both consultancy and management work to High Mannor. They must have the utmost confidence in the potential of the company to accept this sort of payment. If this does not encourage potential investors to buy in before the sp rises (the only way to successful investing) then nothing will. GL to all genuine investors here.
Don't say that john you might be tempting fate lol.
I love your optimism.Maybe they took the shares at a premium as they were embarrassed how their recommendation has performed.Good luck all genuine long suffering holders.
Well I been here about 4 years and I all but given up but slowly things are looking better but lets face it as they can't get any worse.
Yes I thought I was dreaming when I realised the issue of share price is 100% higher than current sp but shame my holding is at an sp 10 times higher.
Interesting that they have been issued at a price of 0.1p company must feel confident about th future. Shares ar normally issued at a discount to the current market price. Could push sp up this morning. All IMO of course.
in again when it hits 0.02p but that's still a bit risky in this continuing negative global scenario.
ALL.
It has recovered from its opening.
At least it has come back a bit from opening. How laughable is the rns statement regarding shareholder value.
it certainly wasn't me lol
How close to zero can it get. not the best day for LDP
On isdx. Definitely wasn't me.
all i can say just keep it up
