Hopefully one morning, in the not to distant future, we might get a very pleasant surprise
Its hard to work out as his holding jumps from over 7 million shares in november nov 2015 to over 38 million 12 months later and i cant find when he purchased them(im only flicking through the rns's on my phone though) .. He had 4 million in the 150p days as well....
Id pencil Waheed in with an average of 40p....thats probably conservative as well....
Looking at the ipo rns it seems crazy that the mcap is less now than when it ipo'd ?!
Has anybody managed to work our Lord Ali’s share price average? IMHO I think it would have to be an offer to good to refuse to enable FLFL to buy the remainder of Koovs. Then buying that additional 0.1% to take them to 30% equity in the company would make the share price rocket in itself.
Almost forgot a few of the old chestnuts that were posted day in day out "ht media are dumping stock" "flf are dumping stock".....
Then we get the holding rns's that clarify neither Ht media or Flf have sold a single share!!
Trouble is on no news we could see this drop more. More so with Xmas looming, many pi's like to cash in and reinvest
back in the New Year....to keep stable we need good news now, imo
Sometimes you just need to cut out all shlt you read and go and look at the most recent rns from the company, forget all the "theres something wrong" and "i know something but i cant say" as its just cr@p!!
Ill tell you what is a fact - the retail king of india see value at 15p a share, people seem to think this is not real

Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited signs subscription agreement to invest additional funds between £9.5m to £10.5m
The Subscription
Further to the Company's announcements on 4 July 2018 and 19 July 2018, Koovs plc (AIM: KOOV) is pleased to announce that it has signed a subscription agreement with strategic partner Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited ("FLFL"), part of Future Group - India's largest retail group, for FLFL to take its current shareholding in Koovs from 16.25% up to a maximum of 29.99%.
Under existing shareholder authority and subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, including the approval of Reserve Bank of India ("RBI"), FLFL have signed a subscription agreement to subscribe for between 63,300,000 and 69,850,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15p per share, raising between £9.5m and £10.5m of cash (the "Subscription"). Once completed FLFL will own between 28.89% and 29.99% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
The strategic partnership with FLFL represents a transformational deal for the Company and is expected to deliver synergies across the value chain from manufacturing and distribution to market reach, marketing and customer engagement.
Lord Alli, Chairman of Koovs, said: "This additional investment and commitment from FLFL underlines the tremendous opportunity to leverage our strategic partnership and ensure that Koovs is the aspirational first choice online western fashion destination for India's twenty-somethings. The partnership will significantly benefit our customers, partners and all shareholders."

Future Group’s brands include Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, Brand Factory, Central and Pantaloons. The company wants to open 1,000 small stores over the next 15 months.
Future Group is currently opening two small stores a day and it will increase it to opening three small stores a day further to five small stores a day by next year which will help it understand the assortment that it should keep and the production that should be undertaken, he said.
Biyani said, “I want to build into the biggest consumer business that the country has ever seen in less than 10 years with our own distribution.”
Biyani's Acquisition Spree
However, more than 95% of a 1 1 reta i I
sales in the country still take place at
physical stores. Biyani has created an
offline retail model that combines
food and non-food profitably. lts
strengths are apparel, general
merchandise, luggage and footwear.
In the past six years, Biyani has
acquired more than seven
supermarket store chains to put
together a total retail space of 14.8
million sq ft with a presence in 340
(aries, a national presence that can
be matched by Reliance Retail. In
bon, the retailer also has data on
500 million consumers. Future also
owns EasvDav stores.
It essentially means Amazon is taking a position in offline retail,” said Harminder Sahni, founder of retail consultancy firm Wazir Advisors. “But it can’t just be a financial investment and they will surely leverage Future Group's network and backend facilities for supply chain and other operations.”
Have been looking at the Amazon/future deal and found a couple bits which i have posted above, interesting because koovs are doing a similar thing i.e making use of Future groups background operations...
Then the bit about Biyani's acquisition makes me think within 12 to 24 months koovs will be fully bought up by Biyani/flf, i dont think koovs will ever make the billion pound mcap while on the stock market as it will be swallowed up long before then.... My guess based on what shares are owned by Waheed etc is a minimum price of 50p per share but possibly a lot higher
How old putney will do anything to make private investors think that buys are not buys....to the point where he feels the need to comment on every large buy to try to make out its not a buy etc... Very strange from a "long term holder"....
I see buys regulary doubled up on all shares.... I have never heard one person ever say "its a rollover" ...
He feels the need to try and make out he knows this and knows that blah blah blah.... If you believe his story he has a million shares above 70p.... If thats true he is probably best ignored because he aint doing to great in koovs is he....
What I read in any chat has no bearing on my investments so its not a problem for but i hope others dont get done over and make mistakes by the rubbish in here.
Just to clarify, they were NOT buys, but a rollover trade where somebody's contract was up & they extended the period on their trade (by paying the spread & fees).
Usually easily spotted when two trades of the same size are conducted within seconds of each other at a slight difference in price.
Hope that helps.
There seems to be some confusion over the two 840,000 trades last week.
Just to clarify, they were NOT
Yes Spookytooth, still here!
Looks like many got pulled in with the Amazon hype & got very over exposed.
Hopefully those 'traders' are nearly done & this can move onwards & upwards.
I wonder what the exciting news is that Koovs are talking about on social media......
The last time i looked in on koovs we were nearer 30p and the days were long and hot. Oh well. That`s aim i suppose. Good post Bubbler lol. Good to see Jambon and Putney still invested and the 2 posters worth reading.
posts vanish?
..dont have to worry about short term price movements. Give it time. Always stings a bit to look at your paper losses but In 2 or 3 years im sure youll be happy bunnies. Hope ill be able to buy back what i reluctantly sold yesterday, sometime next year, at a good price. Im sure ill be paying more than this though.
Keep your eyes on the prize.
I have my sell order set at 21p 45p and 82p, no amount of chatter is gunna change that.
Hope it goes up big time guys ..GL
Mojo, yes it hurts, but hopefully just temporary, I think Jambon is a bit more than £7k a penny
Read previous that you guys are in koov big time.Thousands per penny(£7k per penny etc) This drop has got to hurt guys and still amazon deal GLA
frigging tut...
..shares all round are suffering>
Hmmm ok that's cleared that up then, more utter bollocks lol.
My uptake on believing there was going to be a Google announcement was somehow gleaned from what others were saying e.g. razel2000 on Tue 15.55 - "so will tomorrow be the day we hear something about amazon etc." Clearly my "gleaning skills" need some fine tuning - c'est la vie
What do I know? -According to some not much - fine. BUT what I do know is that until definitive results are produced showing Koovs are selling and generating cash we will be at this point for quite a while. As I've said I am in this for £25k and if it takes off as it did with my £50k in Boohoo at 31p and sold at 250p I'll be very happy. Bottom line is Koovs must start producing cash (I think it will - note think) - CASH IS KING.
