Hinkais, that’s what you believe and panic sold first thing this morning your less then £1500 quid, I believe it will go 100% up by Friday, so I put £11k in, sell at 1p
You seems angry with your 1p plus buy lol, all holders will get percentages of any rewards offered by company, £10 millions revenue and rising every year, making profit this year from loss last year
Drop 90% imo by friday .stinks.
Company will delist and go private returning future cadh to directors. Pi's will get nothing.
But go ahead ramp away . Throw more money away
I know what I am doing, you will come back and say Welldone to me in a few days, company is in profit from loss now, £1 millions market capital with £10 millions revenue, delist will take many months or will not happen, it’s a transformational period.
Sod all liquidity to play the dead cat bounce here Brainer. Wouldn't want to be holding 11k that's for sure! But yes be greedy when others are running away. That always works
Buy when everyone fear and sell when everyone greedy, risk v reward is very high from this level, delisting will not happen
Good luck to you. Barge pole if you ask me. Minimal upside, massive downside. This will delist.
I think you're right. SP holding up quite well in the circumstances
They already have the 75%. Look at the major sharholder.
If you bought today on that RNS you shouldnt be invested at all. This will delist no doubt. Cut all loses and remove all holding before you loose it all
With this result, gifted price will not last long, easy doubleup money from this level
In the six months ended 30 June 2018, the Group's year-on-year sales increased by 5% to £10.8 million, compared with £10.3 million in the same period in 2017; while Net Fee Income (NFI) remained flat at £3.2 million.
·    Continuous focus on overheads with administrative expenses reduced by 2% to £3.0 million in H1 2018, compared with £3.1 million during the comparable period in H1 2017.
·    Adjusted EBITDA profit (Note 2) of £0.2 million during H1 2018 compared with £0.3 million profit during H1 2017.
·    Profit after tax of £42,000 during H1 2018, compared with a loss after tax of £21,000 during the comparable period last year.
Whoever panic sold this morning didn’t read this: “if proposed” “if approved” “75% shareholders approval will be required”.
Lot of “if”, not decided, that’s why market open the price flat but few people like you panic sold to let me in at the best price ever, got £11k in few go
Brainer ypur ramping this hard while you try to exit. Just give up this is going nowhere except down then all gone
Luckily bought under 0.40p, hold for easy doubleup
Luckily got out first thing .small loss.Avoid now imo.
Buy when everyone selling, they are only reviewing to delist as share price isn’t reflecting true value of company.
not decided, they need 75% holders to approve, which means someone needs to buy Big which will take sp up.
The Directors have conducted a review of the benefits and drawbacks to the Company and its stakeholders of continuing the Company's admission to trading on AIM. The Board is considering whether retaining the Company's admission to trading on AIM is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole. The process for the cancellation of Company's admission to trading on AIM ("Cancellation"), if proposed, would require approval of not less than 75 per cent of shareholders voting at a general meeting. The Company will engage with shareholders to discuss the possible Cancellation and seek irrevocable undertakings to this effect, if applicable. Â
this is the trouble when you have a large shareholder (62%) in an AIM company.
As per RNS, it is going to delist. Why would anyone buy??
An element of trust in RK has gone from my book. It could be the NEX market but what they are considering shows that any drive to move KLN forward is no longer there
I got ramped into this, some real tools ramping this. big avoid
£10 millions revenue and in profit this year instead of loss last year and current market capital only £1 million, buy and hold. This will be heading toward 1p in coming session
To cancel from AIM which is never gonna happen as they don’t have 75% holders, so first they need to get someone to buy large amount, means sp going up
Why would it fly if we are to delist?
Better result then last year, watch it fly back up, in at sub 0.40p
So much or being loyal shareholders.
