Yep.End game is close now and will obviously go one way or the other. No middle ground now.
I am still confident of a deal and hope to hear further news sometime soon.
A guy over on ADVFN is a bidstack shareholder and even he is unaware as to how things are progressing.
At least we are now nearing the end game.
Just the 12 days left including today. The silence is deafening.
Anyone close to the situation?
Bidstack are continuing to post Football Manager and general esports updates on various sites.
Nice story, same place as I grew up too!
Maybe the sinking ship/ ship wreck should have been called KIN?

I used to climb on this wreck as a boy.
That entitles me to my opinion !
Luke,
You have been here long enough to know exactly why not.
The chairman has a consistent history of failure and incompetence with KIN.
Why do you think he has suddenly gained the competence required to carry this through? Who do you think is going to invest any significant amount of money while he is still at the helm?
He should have resigned long ago and given us a fighting chance.
Why not LW.
Too many credible people are focused on ensuring that this RTO succeeds.
The countdown is in place so we should soon know.
I am very much looking forward to KIN becoming bidstack.
Who actually thinks this is going to come off?
I don't.
I hope I'm wrong.
17 working days to go and we will know one way or another how the Bidstack reverse into Kin Group unfolds......
One thing for sure is that NO deal is likely bad for both sets of shareholders.
A cost to Bidstack should it not happen and likely the end for Kin Group.
Any news would be welcome.
That Wonga have raised £10m to keep going.
Now Donald might have a fighting chance of raising some funds funds.
Good questions but the fact remains, they need this sorted and quickly as time is running out...
As previously announced, in the event that no reverse takeover is completed by 31 August 2018, being the date six months after trading in the Company's shares was suspended, the London Stock Exchange will cancel the admission of Kin's ordinary shares to trading on AIM with effect from 7.30am on Monday 3 September 2018.
killed a lot of people here.
My small holding (compared to some here) of around 1300.00 pounds would need to see 25 quid per share to break even!!!
I guess I will have to average down to stand any chance of getting out alive, but I would have to see some direction and positivity before I take that risk.
And my final point for now. What interest will there be from either the institutions or the retail investor to support the price in secondary trading?
1- Likely to be too small for the institutions but a number want a vehicle that gets them into an esports world?
2- Have the Kin investors had enough or will they see value and buy more (average down on their entry price)?
3- Will the esports retail investors pile in like they have historically in a GFinity which has a high of some £75m valuation whilst burning cash?
My view would be to hold if you have them and see where they open up.
These events take time but my understanding is that all is progressing okay.
Dates often slip by end August seems feasible.
Key now is how many new shares will be issued.
1- For example what price is Kin paying for a Bidstack?
2- What value has Kin put on its own business as it had some cash but little else?
3- What if any money is raised and presumably shares will be issued to new investors?
I guess we will hear all some time soon but likely to be millions of new shares issued.....
The deadline is fast approaching, I’d like to hear some more positive news that this is progressing and going to be completed on time.
The company is looking to raise funds. Maybe up to £3m for strategic growth.
An interesting exports play to rival the struggling GFinity?
The market needs more exports companies as their seems to be an appetite to invest in this space.
Going to be an exciting ride, but we shall see.
Not sure the RTO is formally confirmed but it seems likely.
Looking at listing last day of August.
Bidstack is an interesting play.
Shares listing at 6p I gather.
If you know what you are doing why not?
you cant seriously expect a start up to make millions in the first five years lol?
in to how AnnaG was so successful in her last role has appeared on her twitter account;
"As CEO in my last role I actively sought to build diverse teams and work with people who can challenge my perspective, knowing that this also yields better performance"
"yields better performance"?
I wonder how it would have performed without that diversity? Maybe it would have lost millions and gone bankrupt?
Then again?
T/O £10,000 Losses £434,000 in the last 14 months.
Certainly in line with previous KIN/ FITB results.
Donald should be well capable of continuing that performance if he can find someone(s) with the dosh.
But can he find the investor's he needs to continue the dream? Not got a great track record so may struggle.
At the very least £60,000 in to his "related party's" pocket
Tick Tock
Bidstack confirms the RTO.
KIN becomes bidstack.
bidstack promises much.
The shares fly upwards.
Holders rejoice.
O.K. ?
what is going to happen here in the next month?
Friday 31st August will come round pretty quick...
..if they gonna do a placing they should make an offer to previous holders to buy at the same price ...
Help...
just want to understand what will the 20m shares do to the Share price ,,,,, it was suspended at 3p,,, and when will it be re-listed.. thanks
