Big spread. Not much interest in either buying OR selling it seems....
I'd love to know who keeps tipping shares into the market. 250k, 200k, 300k in the last week or so.
Someone has been offloading for a while and the share price has held up because there's a bit of interest in the story. In reality this should be testing new highs now but is subdued
Given what we're potentially on the cusp of here with KAV I'm slightly concerned one or two are a bit fleet-footed. The large spread tends to remove the potential to trade so it's likely someone from pre IPO, given placings at 2.8p.
The proof will be in the pudding...
Don't forget they are main market listed, they cannot withhold price sensitive information from the market, be that either assay results or the signing of an exclusivity agreement.
You could argue it either way. If they are in negotiation over a farm out, the farminee (assuming it is only one!) would presumably want exlusivity and if it is a Major (Rio?), would probably (IMO) get it. From Kav's perspective, you would think the wider the results are known, the more competition for what could be a stonking find. I guess KAV would start with exclusivity and then if they didnt like the numbers being offered, could always then "go public". But I'm no expert!
Fair Comment Slong
I cant see the results being held back, it could strengthen their negotiating position if the market is aware of the results by bringing in more interest. From my understanding the follow up tests were always planned, they need to spend time confirming what has been found and interpreting the data to give the results some true meaning.
My 3 buys this morning pushed up from 4.1p to 4.12p to 4.15p.
2m shares now and happy to sit back and watch things unfold over the next few weeks.
I expect KAV are in talks with a Farm out Partner who may have insisted on exclusivity for a period , once the ink has dried on an Agreement then the full extent of the Assay results will be announced to the market.
Sadly I wasn't able to take advantage of the crazy drop this morning to buy more! The more news this company puts out, the more convinced I am that this will be a monster. I am seriously considering switching out of some of my other holdings into this tomorrow...
There is deal coming to get Ditau drilled, just a question of how soon IMO.

Given what we know so far;
-First two holes at Ditau hit mineralisation
-Intensely altered Rocks down to 500m
-XRF readings indicate base metals presence including Copper, Cobalt and REE's
-After completion of drilling, the company has kept very quiet while simultaneously applying for (and being awarded) the area southwest of Ditau, a license covering 916km2.
-They are talking about farming out 'due to its size' after just two holes to do it justice.
I have seen this a number of times in both Mining and oil&gas industry and its usually the routine of a metals/minerals/oil&gas discovery. I think its pretty clear what's coming. What's a surprise to me is how the market has not woken up to the story yet. About to get very interesting here.

"I may be wrong. However, there is a air of major discovery potential around KAV @KavangoResources - combined by a farm in deal on Ditau. News today for me has consolidated my thoughts on this. Hold + 3% [Smiley Face Emoji].
CORRECTION: Last sentence should read: That would be a good thing in my view.....a bit of short term pain for longer gains. GLA
Looks like several people have placed their orders, but I’m not one of them.
People may be right when they say that a farm-out is imminent, but perhaps due to its (small) size it will be to another quoted minnow who may want to put their own spin on the assay results. Maybe the farminee is writing a CPR. Kavango may end up with a few shares in another quoted minnow and a focus back onto exploration of the project they originally raised the money for.

Haha nice try, just get your order in and be done.
It’s a bit weird isn’t it? Was there nothing in the results worth highlighting? Would it not have been worth saying that results were “promising “ or “encouraging”? Why go on to talk about the main focus elsewhere? It could all be fine but is concerning. It looks half baked and written by committee. Let’s hope the positive view prevails. GLA
What’s the betting that a Farm Out Partner will be announced before Assay results confirmed.
Looks like someone else is very interested in Ditau to me. A glaringly obvious delay tactic, someone doesnt want those results out in the public domain.
