Latitude has 60m market cap. ValOre has 10m. Combined they are approaching all time high market cap for ValOre shareholders. I get your reasoning with the placement and it’s easy to second guess now but leaving half of Jangada’s stake in ValOre probably would of been wiser move as ValOre shareholders got large stake in Latitude now.
Jangada sold their Valore shares at 30c plus, they’re now at 6c. The small rise in price of latitude uranium from the spin off from Valore doesn’t even begin to cover the difference between 6c and 30c!!
We’d also have had a placing by now if we’d just held the Valore shares…
Brian actually done well in selling when he did, both for price and when liquidity to do so.
What is to be seen is whether spending £1m on bres was wise or if he’d have been better off conserving Jangada cash.
I understand frustration on both SP and lack of updates, but BOD bashing for sake of it isn’t going to help. Phone Samaritan’s instead
Brian would have been better off keeping all of Jangada’s shares in ValOre. Their Angilak deal has made ValOre shareholders a good sum. Brian could have then sold out his shares at a much higher valuation. Poor management decision.
It’s accounts…. They’re a backwards looking statement and not an operational update, which will follow when there is an update!!
# 'I don't believe this stock will move very'
Why ain't there a bl***dy edit button!🙄
# 'I don't believe this stock'
Seem a very fluffy RNS.
"To this end, our path towards commencing development, and subsequent production, subject to, inter alia, funding, "
"Our next steps include upscaling the testwork to deliver an additional economic study to further explore the project parameters."
No definitive dates or timescales or potential fund raising parameters for Pitombeiras stated.
It hasn't even been confirmed if the 25T test sample proposed previously has even been despatched.
I don't this stock will not move very far based on investee company results alone.
So much potential here but one for the bottom drawer for now...
Honestly...... I posted that before the RNS dropped on this site.
Dear Brian,
Could you take leaf out of our investment in Blencowe and provide a brief update on the status of the scheduled test work. Would do wonders for the old morale....
Might even massage the shareprice a little.
Kind Regards
Obviously ignore me. had a rant. Can't wait for news :D
Why thank you sir, one of the nicest things said on this bb for sometime.
Your answer also would serve as a good distraction whilst we await news
Dcat80..... you really are one hoopy frood!
I think my numbers were better though.... but you need to be a certain age and use a Pocket Calculator

42 - the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything.
Even giving that to holders they’re still friggin clueless and miserable. I can’t beat the answer to that question, so no point posting anything else

Late April was the great and amazing announcement, using fodere technology that Jangada have rights to use, to finally extract high grade ore at revolutionary efficiency that would maximise profits and minimise cost. the anticipation for this company to provide updates would be massively high, since fodere technology can produce high grade elements and have significantly less impact on the environment and running costs. nobody here is beating around the bush and arguing against the obvious nature of this magnificent potential.
so why the hell is there nothing? September is nearing, at the 5 month mark and nothing....? Nothing? Really nothing? Nada? no anticipation of something positive at least?
long term holders have a massive challenge. Even the most dedicated people here holding large sums of shares, have a huge challenge of sitting and waiting at a bus stop, with no timetable, expecting a bus to come and take them home. eventually, you make the seemingly smart choice of getting a taxi.... (2 minutes later, the bus comes to make you feel like an idiot).
I get this company has the massive disadvantage of being on the AIM market because they don't have the capital (stupid decision on their part as the directors are not exactly poor themselves. to start a company and own massive land with huge potential is a waste when you have no money and cant afford to produce effectively, but the whole point was the fodere technology).
Getting past the covid rubbish that pushed Fodere back, Fodere should have now already proven the technology and already be ready to put it to work. so where is the 25 ton results? where the new PEA? where's the next step? What the hell is going on? to put a simple 5k into this company is a massive gamble. nobody is buying, not because this company isn't capable, but because the company are not proving they are capabale.
Hell, even a 10 sentence twitter post or RNS that takes 30 minutes to produce.... what the hold up?
I’ve emailed the company but get no response. Hopefully they are just too busy to respond.
…or even some meaningful #BRES news. Wasn’t mad on that investment initially but they might be onto something, results from their China bulk testing apparently due end of this month - which should lead to offtake news and hopefully provide a pathway to funding.
Wouldn’t be surprised if a new acquisition or progress on fodere own plans lands first.
Don't suppose anyone's spotted 25T of Brazilian dirt bobbing around the South Atlantic anywhere? 🚢
Thought we'd be due an update about now or am I being impatient? 🤷♂️
I suppose the shareholder will be pleased VTF Mineracao Ltda yesterday submitted an application to extend the existing (?) user giude (GUIA).
The existing guide dated (published) 01/07/2021 was for a 2 year period.
So it would appear the GUIA application submitted 01/08/2023 is a month late?
Did they forget?
And, no movement on the enviro-licences!
Good Look
