Does the lock in waiver have any impact? . . xox
Sellon, the conference call was a bloody waste of time as far as am concerned. Oh let's see what happens next eh? Apparently the Echo team are in Bolivia this week not sure what they are doing but I hope something good that will have a positive impact on the SP? Anyways take care and good luck with your lot. I heard that MYSQ have been bad mouthed be this Doc Holiday person??
The Conference Call wasn't what some were expecting and this is leading to further downward pressure - wise choice to forget about them and review in a few months time, imho Good luck with your other holdings - be patient (smiley) Later xox
Hey sellon, Thanks and crossing everything for both our shares. I am just going to forget about Echo for now and concentrate on making money elsewhere. Lol I am sure it will turn the corner soon Good luck with your ones as well. Take care and speak soon x
Hi nennyb All good here and hoping the ECHO update brings you some better news - fingers crossed! You seem to be doing well with your other holdings (smiley) and long may that continue! Perhaps, CPX, MYSQ, and ZEN will do the same lol Take care xox
How are you and how is the Marker treating you? Echo is still struggling to break out of the 12p area :-( I am so disappointed with it at the moment thank goodness Nuog and Blu is cheering me up. Took a little punt as well in CLLN on the drop a few days ago so will hold for the recovery. Take care and hope to hear from you soon x
Hiya, I hope not 10p as that would be a disaster, it dipped a fair bit today but recover towards close which am happy about. MYSQ hasn't done well even though they were a good RNS but that's AIM for you - sell on news and all that. Lol Am keeping am ZEN, I hope it goes well there for you. Nuog did well today which am happy with. Take care and catch soon x
Looks like ECHO is edging closer to 10p, MYSQ seems to have settled before the next push back up, and ZEN had a nice day/ Hope all is good with you xox . DYOR . GL .
Hey Sellonnews, I agree we should take profit when we see one but often we get carried away with in the moment and greed take over. I will wait and see what happens with ECHO as I know it will come good eventually. I hope you are practising what you preach and banking some profit from MYSQ??:-) x
One should never regret taking profit even if the price subsequently doubles, trebles, or better (smiley) Still watching ECHO but not been tempted to buy any yet - hope you are able to derisk in the not to distant future... I'm well (smiley) and I trust that you are also? Coffee and Pink Paper time Later xox
You are most welcome! I sold out of MYSQ for now as a profit is profit they say. I will buy back if the opportunity arise again Still holding Echo need it to get above 20 to derisk Hope you are well and making a lot of Wonga! Lol Xx
Many thanks, nennyb (smiley) Good luck today xox
Hiya, the AGM went really well, I had a fun time lol. Also asked about the recent deal, the financial side of things as what you bought to my attention and it was explained I'm details for me. I am confident that Echo will go to the moon and back! It would be nice if it could happen in weeks.Lol Joke aside it will come good in the long-term one just got to be patient. In the meantime MYSQ is doing the business for my portfolio! Go MYSQ! Take care and catch up soon x Well done with MYSQ it's edging closer to your 7/8p first.target x
In haste How was the AGM and are you confident that ECHO will "go to the moon" in weeks? (smiley) Will chat later xox .
Sellon, thanks for explaining that warrants business. When I saw the drop this morning I thought Bloody sellonnews with his downward pressure talk! Lol then it bounce back and I forgot about your talk. Hahaha still 2% down on the day but can live with that. MYSQ rallied towards the end of the trading day, very nice I need that 5.50 to 6p lol. I wonder what triggered that rise? :-) x
The 26 million was shares, they also disposed of just under 200 million warrants, 61,538,462 which can be exercised at 3p - ECHO would receive £1.85 million when exercised, but there would be an extra 61 million shares in issue which only cost 3p each... more downward pressure? xox .
I see what you mean, we just have to wait and see how it all pans out. I hope whoever they sold the warrants to doesn't exercise them straight away. In response to the assets RNS, I believe there no mention of costs to Echo but all will be revealed soon I do hope I get a better insight of all this at the AGM on Tuesday. Thanks once again. X
On Friday, when the share price was approximately 16p Greenberry sold 26,745,910 shares at 1.675p to someone. These 26m shares can now be offloaded, potentially placing downward pressure on the share price, imo. Also had a look at the "asset" rns: "The Company has signed a binding joint evaluation agreement with Pluspetrol Bolivia Corporation SA ... the evaluation agreement only commits Echo to fund the agreed technical studies and as such no back costs or consideration is payable" Also, "We are confident in the multi Tcf scale and technical quality of this acreage and believe it will also be of interest to strategic partners in due course" Does this raise the question as to why no other major was interested? It looks like a win/win for Pluspetrol as they bear no costs, with ECHO paying 100% of the first well and any revenue can be used by Pluspetrol to meet their 20% contribution to the next and subsequent wells. How long will it take after the technical studies before "the usual regulatory approvals" are granted? Just some thoughts which are open to constructive discussion (smiley) . . DYOR . xox
Thanks for that. Who did they sold them to? or did you meant to say they bought them at 447,994 and sold them at 4.8Mil? Excuse my ignorance but in any case whatever price they sold or buy it doesn't matter as they are helping the company with the funds they need as well as making money for themselves. We would have done the same being in their position? I just hope the selling is finished now so the SP can move up freely now. Thanks
The shares that Greenberry sold for £447,994 are currently valued at £4.28 million. xox
Sellon, yes it has been an interesting and not so good week all round. Echo has had a bad week with a RNS that wasn't received well by the market or it was Greenberry selling makes it looks that way? To be honest I haven't been able to look at the RNS as I have been extremely busy but from what I read on the it seems they sold a big chunk of their holding which was expecting to happen as some point. Maybe they are part of the sell on news brigade? Lol I hope we see a recovery now the selling is finished??
In haste (smiley) Some interest news this week! What was the individual share price on this sale by Greenberry? "Greenberry has sold 26,745,910 shares on 23rd June 2017 for a total consideration of GBP 447,994"? Later xox. .
Also on our MYSQ, I hope that hit my sell target today 5p plus. Lol
To the day RNS wise! :-(. TPOP has had a good start 20% up it goes to show the daily mail effect. Good luck and catch up later x
Looked at TPOP and decided to place it on my AVOID list, but what do I know (smiley) DYOR GL xox
