Does anyone know if we are having shares in N91 or cash from its sale thanks in advance gla regards jack
..the takeover action in RNS. Very profitable business. One of my few success stories!
Yes, less than 1 weeks as it turns out.
Ex dividend 9th December of 11p paid just before Xmas. Then distribution of N91 shares to follow.
Will take an age to get back up to 390
Black Friday sale has started! Fill your boots guys!!
Sellers! Just helping the MMs to feather their nests. Absolutely no reason to sell these now.
I have about 5% of my portfolio in Investec with my average at £1.53 so I am a very happy man. If I’m honest with my dividends reinvested into this through my ISA, I don’t think I’ll be selling for a long time! Appreciate the update, I’ll be looking out for the distribution and ready with open open arms!
Only know what has been disclosed so far, which is not much. Detail to come later but would assume all shareholders (possibly excluding de minimis) will receive a pro rata application of 91 plc shares. Definitely worth sticking around for if you holod a decent number of INVP!
top dollar
That's good. UBS? :)
...raised its target here from 390p to 500p. Quite right too!
Do you have any links to this? Is this something that would automatically be processed through your ISA or something we would actively have to apply for?
Thank you!
They own app 135M shares in 91plc and have said they will distribute these to us. Presumably will include both investec compnies so I reckon we may receive about 1 for every 15 swhares of INVP we own. Don't know about tax implications but not worth missing out on.
M\y be a nice christmas present :)
Morgan goes ex divi 9th dec paid 22nd dec gla regards jack
I've just bought another chunk today .. do you think my purchase will be eligible for next divi or have I missed the cut off? Thanks
Would any sane investor want to sell these, always assuming they had not borrowed to buy them. I can understand and expect a bit of top-slicing but really only when the SP has a 4 in front.
11p divi and I think next payment is December time (haven't check dates recently so just going off memory from last year).
Nice performance today off the back of a cracking set of results imo. Revenue, profit, divi, EPS all increasing significantly
Anybody know how this 15% for shareholders works or who gets what
Thanks toby
Does anyone know what and when the extra Divi is?
I agree, bonkers hold hold hold £5 on its way and more Divis to follow
11.6p up in the end still a cautious uplift given the excellent results hopefully will continue to rise gla regards jack
Tremendous figures, doubled divi and these DROP! OK, some are sitting in nice profits but there is more to come here. With interest rates bound to rise and soon I am not selling. Can see up to a fiver each in next 12-18 mths.
