If 'they' had 'morals' they might! T Cook were still taking 'bookings' up to the very last minute/second before going 'bust'! Lots of 'companies' do that. Imo, if the BoD's 'know', in advance, it's 'curtains' they should all be 'done' under 'proceeds of crime/s' act! Let 'them' live off 'pot noodles'!
am91, do not ask for advice of another forum....look what you started now!
Hertz was a bet as well by retail punters and the compnay managed to a big placing away off the back of it.Hopefully, Hertz are betting people will be renting rental cars again when air travel/ holidays get sorted out (hopefully for them sooner than later). However, commercial retail rental rates have been dropping and re-negotiated by big name stores, CVAs and such, for yonks!Amazon and everyone moving a substantial proportion of retail business online has been the trend for ages. There will still be retail, in-person experiences, but surely on a smaller scale and a different offering/experience.
