If you read the prospectus you will see that there are also plans to develop China with the monies from these raises...£1 more than covers any potential dilutions along the way
Bottumzup. - you talk of renroc having inside information, I think the revenues from the NISA deal do not need to be huge to entirely re rate DEV.. look at the multiples in the EdTec sector.. 14m students .. even a fraction of those at$15 per year take Dev into a different space entirely .. personally my personal view is it will be more than $15 when you look at the market and competition.
Re your assertion on dealings and selling .. what proof do you have .. without proof in any way you are simplest a bitter deramper who likely has missed the boat, or getting caught shorting.. either put up .. or shut up.. the prospectus will come out next week, likely some form of revenue model and market update..
It’s posters like you that have stopped me looking in LSE.. but when there are people like you talking utter B*****ks, it needs to be said.
No TR1 ... move yourself on... proof of a TR1 I’ll tip my hat.
As a matter of interest which saliva test do you think the GOV are using as a comparison to Lab PCR?
Absolutely pointless thread - no live connection between Boo and avacta ... just more trash talk. Boohoo exposes by a rogue trader... a great value buy to bounce 100% in the next 3 months if not before.
Please post the SWOT analysis Safy

Guys I have been watching GDR for a couple of months and wanted to understand why you view the potential revenue to be over the first 12months.. I
I only ask for this window as much will evolve and having been in other Testing shares this makes sense rather than chasing the rainbow?
What is the genuine view?
As soon as acacia are out this will rise pretty quickly toward 50 ... and on positive news £1.20+ ... at 40p it’s at pre IFB covid levels, do de risked IMO

AS said by the end of June... the update re LFD was last week!!
So many people either cannot read, or are so busy calling each other names ... this whole BB is like a child’s playground where the quality is now drowned out or shouted down...
A complete total and utter waste of space sadly!
Apologies ..:-)

Companies know how Audit works, if they want to sail under the transaction threshold they can... clearly it will come to a a sticky end at some point .

As any listed business is answerable primarily to its shareholders ... I really cannot agree with your viewpoint...
I think it was certainly professional, it was technical at times but always professional. Even CEO’s sometimes are not comfortable in gatherings and high profile presentations...
You have to present all sides of the position or you can be accused of misleading, misrepresentation and managing information flow... this was simply factual, science driven and insightful..
People will make their own calls as we all do, but in presenting all sides , it offers balance and insight.

What was the summary statements from each panelist?
I couldn’t disagree more... it’s like taking an excerpt from a news real and editing the part you want to repeat to support your narrative... Everyone is clearly entitled an opinion.. but please give it accurate context from a session that lasted over an hour?
I think your observation a are totally fair, it was always going to be an investor fest ... so many either looking for a banquet or a carcass in the desert ... but the summary from all, for those who stayed to the end... even Klaus who was fairly cautious ... came out and breathed his confidence of success.
As in most things it’s about balance ... and the balance in the session was , to my ears, a positive one.
