Ahh JFK, Great to hear you're still on board. I remember the proseco well. A canny wee Scotsman put his hand in his pocket, it was a great moment.
See you there on the 5th.
Fair winds
Well done Radders, you held your nerve well. Always nice to see blue in your portfolio.
Finally breaking even after first entering at 10p.. a bumpy ride but looks like clear roads ahead
Judging by all the positive comments over the weekend on this board the colour of Infa Share deals today is likely to be .......Azure Blue ..we shall see soon !!
I’m envious of you guys. This board is full of fantastic people who help the likes of me out. I only wish I could be there to thank you all. I’ll be glued to LSE to see the feedback. Exciting times for all.
I will also be at the presentation, if we have a few more good days like Friday before the 5th perhaps aspirations for the post-presentation debrief might be a notch up on a glass of Prosecco at the nearest Wetherspoons?
Biggest concern is price of Peroni in London!
One other concern is that the government seems to be panicking prior to Brexit and probably regretting that they committed so much money to so many projects and they probably think it will be difficult to cover their promises if finances throw a wobbly. Don't like the way they have suddenly turned against gas storage....is probably due to reasons stated above!
Maybe another very slight concern is that the billion dollar development at Shannon (and possibly also hydrogen projects) may push Islandmagee into the shadows......regarding potential institutional investors.
Maybe also large investors/institutions, once invested, pulling out and stuffing their money elsewhere should a full blown stock market crash occur....but hey ho...AIM is a gamble, that's what it's all about.....and I suppose gas is a commodity that will always be in demand, even in those dire circumstances....worst case...INFA may drop, but won't fall as much as 95% of stocks.....so maybe institutions would just ride it out.
Not a lot the board can do about any of all that.....everything that is under their control, they seem to have played a blinder!
Very interested to see what JW says about possibility of more salt caverns beyond the eight planned (maybe at other locations) and to see what he says about any other diversified projects they are thinking about.
Be nice to know the scope of his vision for the future mid/long term.....does he think INFA could become a major player?..........he seems like someone who knows where they are headed......what lies ahead?.........expansions/mergers/aquisitions?......
Snowman....behave yourself ! ...........lets get on with building the first two bloody caverns !!
GLA !
Personally speaking, no real concerns from me, more curious of the various deal structures. I expect some clues on this prior to the 5th December.
To get to this stage hasn't (imo) been anything to do with technicals more mismanagement.
The old board wasted a good deal of time and money on a flip of a coin oil drill a few years ago.
Also in a recent conference call John Wood stated a major reason the project hadn't moved on was due to the old board looking at it as a complete project (all caverns at once)
The staged developmentroute has got over this.
Nice one Mcadder, list of attendee's so far

Seriously Naz, come along on the 5th!
Bring up any concerns you may have with the board.
Or you could just continue to troll this bb with your unresearched diatribe.................
Nice one gents....look forward to seeing you there.
By the way, nazareme won't be able to make it, it clashes with a visit to his psychiatrist!
Spud, Brew will be nice to join you both down in London along with everyone else that's coming
Will Infa still be a strong sell for you when this is at 2p+ you total baffoon. Try doing just 'a little bit' of constructive research for once nazzaboy
Does not all gas for the UK come from the north sea by pipelines so why the big scaremongering about importing gas.
Brew & I will be in The Chamberlain Hotel Bar (135 minories EC3N 1NU) from 4.30pm.
I'll repost this closer to the time, all welcome to join us
Link is below on Mcadder's 21.18 post last night. I'm a slow coach!
Another good whole page article by Jillian Ambrose, "Could we be left out in the cold" "A growing reliance on gas imports leaves Britain at the mercy of price spikes and shortages" "Britain's growing reliance on foreign gas". The article outlines why she thinks there is a need for more gas storage. Sorry, can't find a link. Can't get to the do on the 5th, though hope to hear all about it from those who can and good luck all for the coming week. I am about to invest more here tomorrow. Have to get in quick now!
Pity about Hughie,,,,,however, from previous posts it looks like chrisatrdg, older&wiser and loosegoose will be there.
...........hopefully John Wood will make it too !.....after all he IS a keen shareholder !!
Look forward to meeting you all.
I'm pretty sure Hughie Green can't make it !

Please add your name and others to the list if you are happy to do so.
Snowman, Just a vague recollection of Double Your Money. I only remember Lina because she got £5 a week pocket money when she was 10 and I got 50p.
A very good friend just pointed out that link us incorrect!

Yoh! ho! Ho! .......also booked in last week.
I also remember Hughie Green from 'Double Your Money', long before 'Opportunity Knocks'. Quite appropriate really because you could double your money multiple times by answering questions correctly all the way up from £1 to £64K (a really big deal in those days!).
We're gonna do a Hughie!............I believe all the questions have already been answered by John Wood on our behalf !!

Nice one Spud. See you there. Had a chat with Tim Thompson from Yellow Jersey on the 14th of this month. He said there were about a dozen going so far. We might get North of twenty. Whether that's magnetic north or true north you would have to ask JW as he's doing the passage plan.
Opportunity Knocks was the right answer. Not 100% sure but I think that's where Lina Zavaroni the singer from the Italian ice cream parlour from Rothesay on the Isle of Bute got her big break. I bet Mr Dawski knows.
I've just registered to attend.
