with shares, but I think I'm falling for INFA. It's been a rocky couple of years, but she could be 'the one'. A real keeper. Don't tell the wife... Have enjoyed today and look forward to tomorrow. Fwiw I wouldn't be surprised if one of the instis are back on the scene e.g. L&G or AXA
Whatamess, definitely no complaints........enjoying every bump up in SP. Just not enough today to top the risers board as mentioned on my original post - hence trying reluctantly to swallow some shares.......don't worry, I'll save plenty for trading tomorrow. Happy days!
A 0-4 win for Man U just to make it a perfect day
top 4 !

What a difference 9 months make Setanta ;)))
Mon & Wed......wow!
Can't wait until tomorrow now to see if it continues going up without an RNS....I think it will !....but boy, will it shoot into orbit on the next news or what !!
Happy days !!!
Best of luck all !
By the way it wasn't even a particularly big trading day for INFA, as no doubt, you all have noticed. Where will it go when we have a BIG trading day?
the bad old days mcadder, spud and,( much longer term), dawski. What a shame crl123 decided to leave.
O&W,yes I am more relaxed about the machinations and I'm still here with every share I ever bought in INFA. Watching mcadders predictions with interest. I firmy believe these are just the baby steps for INFA. Viva JW !
A great day indeed but........not good enough.........old pass the salt and pepper!!
When the next projects get formalised and officially announced even more value will be noticed.
When funding news arrives this should look cheap! Just hope they get it sorted in the next few weeks!
Are you still chomping away :)
For all we know, now, Spud, this potential equity funder at the project level may also come in with a cash injection into Infa at above-market pricing as well, to validate the long term partnering with Infa under JW's stewardship.
This remains a fascinating share to hold and watch as news comes out on myriad fronts.
Setanta,
I trust you are now more relaxed about this counter's trading machinations. ATB.
Right again I think, spud. I think we're very blessed to have JW in charge but we are also very lucky to have spud constantly picking up these gems of research.
Would be great to see a formal announcement of a second project of 15 caverns ringfenced in a new wholly-owned subsidiary. It would be very easy to update the website “Projects” tab. Then we can get facts, timelines, objectives etc directly from the BoDs. Creating more transparency for investors will add even more value.
1.26 - 1.3
Interesting find - top marks to the sleuth :)
Which, imo, is why this company was incorporated on 24th December

Yep, the equity partners will only be buying into first 8 caverns (they get involved further down the "risk wedge")
All other projects are ring fenced to keep value in plc until equity partners are willing to get involved at a similar stage.
If that makes sense?
Has been a decent move these last trading weeks. IMO this is only the very beginning. Let’s remind ourselves that InfraStrata plc’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Islandmagee Energy Limited only has one project and once complete, that project being the Islandmagee storage facility will consist of eight underground caverns. This project alone has an NPV of 11.6p per share (memory?). I understand the additional (potential) 15 caverns will be held in a different legal entity (wholly-owned by Infrastrata plc) meaning all the ongoing discussions with equity and offtake partners only cover the first 8 caverns and one wholly-owned subsidiary. Future projects will be ringfenced. Any further views on my understanding?
Think someone is taking a position in the background, I speculated earlier that this could be a potential partner or financier wishing to take a stake of equity at company level ahead of project equity financing. Makes sense, get in early whilst the price is low. Expecting a strong move over the coming days/weeks given the pipeline of news and progress made to date the current MCAP of £12m is very attractive. Seperare government grant funding update will also be due shortly to the tune of £40m with already government backed funding for the remainder and the only project with PCI status.
wise move imo jfk9. Well done, I sold my 25s at 47s lol
I’m a LTH and decided on a top slice today selling 5% of my holding. Still leaves me with 8 mill, i’ve learnt from past experience!
Radders, you know what they say on those TV ads......should've gone to Specsavers. I'm sure these sellers aren't LTH's in for the big reward.
