Equally they wouldn't 'not buy' into a company like this on, for instance, your views over the views of industry experts such as Malcy , Rapid Dave et al.
This is a world class operation.
...........of course, it is always a possibility that sometimes all is not what it seems and in an unregulated and under-policed market it may be possible for unofficial consortiums of 'trade manipulators' to make it look like there is a lot of genuine sells thereby generating many more more knee-jerk 'panic sells' so that the price falls and eventually a hell of a lot of very cheap shares end up in the 'right ' hands before she takes off like the clappers.
Just sit back and hold on tightly through the inevitable inconsequential squalls.........no well researched investor will sell this share!
IMO this company is going bigtime.....it's destined for great things and NOTHING will be able to hold it back !
Yea I agree Snowman. That might be a driver for someone to invest. I just didn't agree with the "I can’t see why you would possibly want to sell" based on the company having a positive outlook of itself. I'm a holder of INFA for clarity. It's my biggest holding so 11p would do me just nicely. Cheers Chris
Crizmo ., anyone can sell at anytime .. I am no expert investor just been a LTH with INFA since I first bought in at 10p, I attended the shareholders presentation on 4th December and the projection of 11.6p was backed up. Clearly all the stars have to align and if it was that easy everyone would be emptying their bank accounts and buying shares in INFA. News not arriving at end of the year was disappointing but the first milestone missed since the appointment of new BOD and I thought reasonably explained by the late entrant to the party. Hopefully next few weeks will see patience pay off.
I think the delay to complete due diligence on the latest tabled financial offering was sensible. A few weeks is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things especially given the interested party has alluded to financial backing for additional projects beyond the initial phases. With a 40 year lifespan on Islandmagee alone it makes sense to consider all options and from what has been mentioned it appears the latest offer may be on even more favourable terms. Given there are four parties in discussion with financing, six around offtake with an LOI already in place I think negotiations should be favourable. The project from a development point is largely derisked, all permits in place and any element of debt financing upto 65% is backed by the UK guarantee scheme. The closure of Rough and the requirement for energy security with/without brexit cannot be ignored. Islandmagee is currently the only gas storage development project to have completed FEED.
