This made me laugh..........https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/jul/11/whitehalls-potty-plan-to-keep-ni-lights-on-if-no-brexit-deal ............................................ Whitehall’s ‘potty’ plan to keep NI lights on if no Brexit deal Flotilla of barges with energy generators would be sent to Northern Ireland if UK crashes out of the EU Lisa O'Carroll Brexit correspondent Wed 11 Jul 2018 20.06 BST First published on Wed A flotilla of barges would be sent to the coast of Northern Ireland with energy generators after Brexit to keep the region’s lights on in the event of no deal, according to reports on Wednesday. The scheme, which has been described as “potty” by business leaders in Northern Ireland, is said to be part of contingency planning by Whitehall mandarins in case the UK crashes out of the EU, smashing Ireland’s all-island electricity supply in its wake.
Damn oh well never mind only another 4 years to wait which by then hopefully all 8 caverns will have been constructed allowing Infa to be in full operation!
How accurate was that!
I must claim absolute success!
I predicted 3-1 to England and it was 2-1 to Croatia.....That's not too bad a prediction in anyone's book!, I'm really pleased with myself for getting so close.
Please pass me a cyanide capsule!
Half time now and as you say 1.0.....yes....come on England.
I can say is I am absolute certainty it will end 3-1 to England.
....( I work with a guy from New Zealand and he says that the more convinced and certain I sound about any outcome, the more his bull****ometer twitches. His Bull****ometer is now nudging 100%!!)....but anyway....come on lads...bring it home!!
I'd better say I'm not certain about Infa........just kidding!
Half time 1-0 Eng ....come on England!! Post of the day goes to Snowman100 :)
Enjoy the footy guys and gals :)))))
Thank you for your well intended post. Go well.
I won't be eating humble pie. If your sp prediction of 1.5p by early AUGUST is correct I'll be drinking champagne. You should have read the whole post!!
Come on....EVERYONE....lets pull together.
I know these processes and the way they unfold can be frustrating (and I also know I have nowhere near the experience and brain power of many that post here!), but...just an observation (and if you want to take your frustrations out on me and call me every name under the sun I understand and I can/will take that).....negative posts and de-ramping will only harm the SP and confidence in anyone who are thinking of investing.
This is DEFINITLEY going somewhere....if we are honest with ourselves, we all know that.
Forget past events that may have soured anyone's views....it is all amplified out of proportion when an individual has a lot of money riding on the outcome (especially if that individual is out of pocket).....look to the future....it is very very bright.
I would stake my last silver dollar to say those that have lost out at moment (who bought in at a higher price than current), WILL be in serious profit eventually.
Satanta....although this may look at being aimed at you, that is definitley not my intention, it is aimed at all the unfortunate (temporary situation) old investors in your position....my best wishes is with all of us, including old and new investors.
Its basically to say de-ramping shoots our own feet off!
Sorry to everyone for sounding so patronising.....please be my guest...shoot my head off!
Just read the first couple lines of your post and switched off lol....am off to enjoy the footie.....feeling #confident here. Someone will be eating humble pie here very soon and it certainly won't be me. Don't forget my advice Setanta tata....
But I'll be posting and you won't be able to resist reading. Anyway I'll always tell it as it really is.
And, mcadder, I'm very grown up and very well researched here. I'm not the one who predicts the SP. Nor am I the one who overloads the board with pointless cut and pastes about gas storage.
The BOD made a complete cojones of raising the FEED money and that has badly affected all the loyal shareholders who voted,(one of them ),on to the board.
And you're wrong. My average is much closer to the current SP than you seem to realise.
Your problem, mcadder, is that you think your opinion is the ONLY opinion. Get over that arrogance man, and allow those with contrary opinions to have their say. Of course I protest when the SP drops again after the mismanagement of a man who came here with golden promises when it was .75p. Now you expect me to be delighted because, after a 70% fall to .24p, it has recovered to.49p by way of a giveway 385m shares dilution with warrants attached. I'm very far from delighted! .
That's how it is so let those who don't hold your opinion express their opinion without being your having to be offensive.
Ok Setanta good luck with any decisions you make.
I'm going have to filter you as I can't stop myself reacting to you :)
There's nothing worse than a bickering bb.
Remember though don't change, stay humble!
Setanta let's make an exception in your case in so much that you change your mind on Infa like the wind! We're 5% down today and in the grand scheme of things 100% up from the lows a few months ago. Yet you only come on here when it's down - strange that considering your average is way higher than the current SP....seriously you need to grow up....shares go down as well as up I thought you knew that as for me I remain absolutely confident of the prospects here as well as the 1.5p target!
People are entitled to change their minds and in this case just as well!
You can see the Adrian effect. Three interviews and you can see the confidence investors have in the man. Do I have to spell it out?Bring on the 1.5p!
For the Tr1 that was getting filled as you wrote last week ...............
Relax. You don't need to worry . Just three weeks to the beginning of AUGUST and we'll be at 1.5p. just a three and a bit bagger from where we are today. Make anyone buy!
Target price not note IMO only, sorry. Scribing on the hoof!
Going only from memory (? addressed previously on thread) broker note equates roughly to 1.6p in today's money owing to a significantly increased volume of shares. However note is well out of date and does not reflect the progress made to date. Circa 1.5p to 2p would therefore be a very conservative punt at an updated note IMO only?
I was at the egm that over threw the old bod just over a year ago.
All holders I met at egm have added considerably over the last year (except Adrian who will be accumulating )
Tr1 holder Mr jones added a few more today (averaging up slightly )
I remain confident for the future here
This project exudes 3 things.......Quality Quality! Quality!!
It was a bold move by two shareholders to successfully oust the old non achieving, fat-cat board....and what results we are all reaping from that move!.....they have ensured that the finest quality companies/people/investors/backers have almost fallen over themselves to get on board. I raise a toast to those two guys!.....magnificent performance!....Bravo!!....Heroes!!!
This company will go down in AIM history.
(Sorry, couldn't help myself!....I guess understatement and playing things down a bit is in my nature)
Technicals so strong here!
Big spender;-) welcome aboard
It's all out there DYOR
If you did some research you would see that 12% is a favourable irr for a major infrastructure project.
Add in the probable 40 plus years and imo pension funds will be very interested.
If anyone's wondering Nickel Investor is a bitter ex holder of infrastrata
