The cash-point contract in Brazil looks very interesting, (see IND website). Easy to imagine that being rolled out to other nations too, if their technological advantages are as clear as the press release implies!
Good company it seems and some good contracts too. Well done guys
a rapid series of contract wins reported on their website. Explains the steady SP rise, and bodes well for the future
brilliant results, and so please I topped up in the 290s now! well done to the management. Good to see divi growing too
...http://www.barchart.com/opinions/stocks/IND.LS Any opinions?
20% rise since I bought in at 293p in early September...And positive news to boot... http://www.indigovision.com/indigovision-announces-33-increase-of-camera-sales-and-record-first-quarter-results
http://www.indigovision.com/indigovision-celebrates-successful-asis-2013 Not sure I quite know what to make of this. Let's hope the free drinks lead to further orders!
The 2014 outlook statement is more 'jam tomorrow' suggesting that the missed profit targets at the pre-close update was a material one, and not just a timing issue of sales booked after year end. Therefore this SP fall is justified. I'll continue to hold, and the divi increase is welcome. Still hopeful for the longer term!
In the old dog, something happening?
some positive news flow on the website. http://www.indigovision.com/en/news Sales pipeline is very lumpy - which partly explains the profit warning at the pre-close update. But very keen to see what the outlook is at the final results later this month. I have topped up again at about 292p
thank you! That will teach me to read things properly! Still, a good contract, and I am sure other parts of the chain will watch with interest.
Its in New Zealand not for the whole group.
http://www.indigovision.com/wendys I am surprised this did not warrant an RNS. No mention of the amount paid but this must be a huge contract simply due to the size of the Wendy's chain. Likely that the sale would be included in Q1 of this coming financial year too, so not included in the recent (underwhelming) pre-close update.
TIDMIND RNS Number : 3710K IndigoVision Group PLC 29 July 2013 IndigoVision Group PLC ("IndigoVision" or the "Company") Pre close trading update Sales for the year to 31st July 2013 are expected to be around GBP32m, ahead of the previous year and in line with market estimates. Following extensive improvements to the product range in the last two years, intelligent camera sales are expected to be up over 30% year on year, more than offsetting reductions in traditional encoder sales. Intelligent cameras are expected to account for half of group revenues in the year to 31st July 2013. As anticipated at the interim stage, gross margins improved during the second half, but remain lower than last year overall reflecting the changing product mix of sales towards intelligent cameras. Overheads have continued to rise as planned, with further investment in the sales and distribution network and in product development. Operating profits for the year to 31st July 2013 are expected to be below earlier expectations and market estimates. Pre tax profits for the year to 31st July 2013 are expected to be approximately GBP2m (prior year GBP2.3m). Marcus Kneen, chief executive, said: "We have made progress towards our goal of repositioning IndigoVision to achieve market rates of sales growth, and the rapid growth of intelligent camera sales in the current year demonstrates what IndigoVision is capable of. During the current year we have again broadened the core product range significantly and increased the sales and pre-sales headcount by one third. The benefit of this investment in future growth has begun to show through in intelligent camera sales growth, but the transition has impacted the operating result for the year." The results for the year to 31st July 2013 are expected to be announced on 26 September 2013. For further information please contact: IndigoVision Group plc Marcus Kneen (CEO) Holly McComb (CFO)
too much excitement here for me.....no doubt plenty more to go for IND, but happy with profits and pastures new. GLA
ahead on very little news; what a great day - in the money! Wonder what's going on behind the scenes?
up nicely, this. Ccraig over on ADVFN notes they're recruiting on their website, so future looking good.
a good spring for IND - chairman expecting 'a record year for sales.' Think full results announced in september...can't wait! GL
of earlier, larger buys are all part of a mad scramble for these today. Healthy rise ATM. Send us some good news Indi !
The focus on sales and marketing is key here, IMHO
the divi hike! All seems on course http://www.investegate.co.uk/indigovision-group-(ind)/rns/half-yearly-report/201303070700244244Z/.
Good rise today and buy 6 times sells!
Yes, what a disaster!
My only oily is RPO....gives me brain ache ATM although things maybe looking up. No fancy holidays for me this year. BW
That I bought in at that price! My average is a little higher. Made the mistake of believing a broker. Keep to the oilys in future.
