morning Lakeside, good points, yes that sounds doable. How do you think they achieved the £250K a year cost savings?
Between 300k-500k reasonable.
Yes definitely HSBC draft massive contract to win others will follow.
Any news on new contract this could go ballistic so few shares in private investors hands there will definitely be a scramble buy at these low prices hard to buy in quantity.
I expect share price to hit £1+ by final results things a starting to come together. Oil price rising will mean more business for AVC so many strings to the bow charts mean nothing on shares like this.
Price to Sales ratio is 1.12 thats pretty good price to pay for these shares right now then
Net profit will be? Wonder what they did to achieve the £250K savings
Branches are undergoing a rolling program of refurbishment to improve the 'retail experience' as the bank puts it, including the rebranding of branches as 'stores' and the inclusion of more open areas for staff to meet customers, as well as HSBC Live, a radio station specifically produced for the bank by media company Immedia in Newbury, Berkshire.
Not sure why theydont just name HSBC in the RNSS, theyve named it before and its quite obvious it is HSBC.
Looks like theyve been working out at Braemar golf club and also Newmachar golf club. They also welcome backed senior AV technician. On 20 August they announced they are hiring and looking for a Business Development Executive. People are quite happy with their Neale Cooper tribute video, it has had over 100 likes. Looks like AVC is more considered to be the Video and Animation division of Immedia.
and oil actvity increased so maybe AVC is now doing better

Sorry mistake £5.9M turnover
No not on Twitter.
Sorry £5.6M turnover!!
No reason they won’t get back there soon.
<br

are you on twitter?. Also where do you get that AVC had a turnover of 5mill before? where does it say that?
Sorry don’t understand? Just a normal investor who’s done his research & believe this company is worth multiples of today’s price.
are you t w a t t e r?
To much potential at this early stage.
Look at companies like Nike google amazon and how they grew at an early stage and continue to do so.
The issue here is lots of investors haven’t heard of Immedia just like bitcoin at £50 per coin but when it reached £10,000 people happy to buy.
This is BB baby and one he’ll enjoy seeing it grow.
Fifa Subway HSBC JD sports have the money & resources to work with anyone globally. They choose to work with a minor on AIM why because they can do the job & offer something not readily available elsewhere. Other big companies will take note this is only ever going one way never mind sell for £10M. As bruno said there will be lots of cross selling available with AVC who look like there really motoring they alone turned over £5M 2 years before going into admin due to low oil price.
No point selling for 50p when in 18 months.
share price could be £3+ life changing shares don’t come around that often but when they do sit back and enjoy the ride. Blue chip clients,no debt ,strong recruitment drive, experienced management & directors, about to turn a profit & inquiry’s at record highs the future looks very promising & can change people’s life’s if they get in at an early stage.
Draft good research. That is an analyst report who predict £4.4M full year they constantly get it wrong so £5M + is realistic. They also predict £300k profit. Micro cap companies are the companies of tomorrow eg google Nike amazon this is only going one way once people realize the potential & fundamentals.
current market cap is £3.64mill. Obviously there are no takeover rumours at present but wuth the big blue chip clientele here could easily selel for minimum £10mill. I could never see BB underselling this. Maybe even £20mill to the right buyer like maybe S4 capital Martin Sorells new vehicle.
Okay so we are highly operationally geared - with the cost savings of £250K plus the HSBC contract we could easily be in profit actually for FY 2018.
We estimate FY2018E Revenue of £4.4m with a 10% increase in FY 2019E to £4.9

Plus they will receive full year from JDX so £5M might be being conservative. Market cap currently £3.6M it should be trading at minimum 3 X market cap any significant news will see this rocket & scramble for shares just like when announced Subway deal. Not long until results expect volume to pick up!
Draft they were waiting on payments also AVC were out in Russia for the World Cup that’s a big contract to win.
Last results were contract delays and revenue but still managed 3.6M full year. I agree it looks like HSBC which is a massive contract to win normally when a company issues an RNS it has to have a minimum 10% increase on turnover. Bruno said the year has begun very well and AVC ahead of budget. This company only went out of business because of low oil price & Aberdeen economy. Check out there new website very swish avcimmedia.com they are recruiting can only be good news.
I expect rest of Subway Europe news soon as its been successful they will want to expand to more restaurants. So much scope for this company they just need to keep the market & shareholders regularly updated which will generate interest. Aim is full of companies over promising and under delivering constantly raising money.
Immedia has recruited quality management with proven track records who deliver. Hopefully a lot going on behind the scenes a trading update would be welcome if not expecting excellent results in September. and a share price far north of 25p they have no debt a micro cap company attracting blue chip clients can only be positive.

Boom shares have increased in value. I half year turnover 2
Therefore, we have taken steps to realign the cost base in 2017, achieving a reduction in annual cost of some £250k.This will ensure that we have the right model as we move forward in 2018, as a result of which we expect cash balances to increase significantly both from our pipeline of increased new business and the impact of more stringent cost control measures.
Current Trading and Future Prospects
2018 has started very positively for the Group. The recent announcement of a substantial installation rollout in branches of a major UK financial institution is just one of numerous new business opportunities currently in play.
so more than 1 opportunity apparently
how you get to that? weve already got most of subway and the FI is clearly HSBC.
the free float here is about 25% going on 30 june 2018 shareholdings on the website. thats about 3,500,000 shares free float, shoudl see a decent spike from here is any contract news but i think next results will be out end of September in my opinion
Tradeing update due in August 1/2 year results September. Expecting big uplift in turnover & news on other contracts. The company has been very quiet of late Lots of news due & some new contracts will see this re-rate it’s massively undervalued. Turnover this year will exceed £5M no debt & Boom shares up for sale. I expect a nice profit & share price in the 70p-£1.25 range. Not many shares in issue all directors hold big skin in the game. This did over 200% in a day on subway announcement if they can secure the rest of subway Europe we might see similar gains. Probably one of the best kept secrets on aim the heard will arrive when it’s top of LSE risers board the trick is to buy low. Sit back relax & accumulate this will multibag the question is how many times. A few more contracts & we will see market cap £10M +. Currently recruiting it can only mean lots of contracts in the pipeline. GLA somehow I don’t think we’ll need it!!
