There's been some turmoil recently in their Aberdeen business, with the MD being ousted and personnel shuffled around. Good to see it's not affected confidence in the share.
Chris Akers new baby
I believe IME have a 2.5% stake in audioboom.. according to audioboom site they appear to be up for sale with a prospective buyer in sight. Audioboom have been going alright financially .
Audioboom have had a lot of big buys in recent weeks.
If audioboom is sold how will IME stand with their 2.5% interest ?
Seems a massive tree shake has just happened on sells totalling a few thousand pounds. Is there a big order going on in the background
1 share trade just gone through. 120% up. Is there a 2nd RNS coming
120% up and still going. Wtf
fook knows there was a placing @ 10p so you guess is as good as mine, the stockmarket is mental at times.
100% up.whats going on here
Decent 50k buy this morning which is good. I think the 25k is a buy too.
Interesting that Mark Horrocks who is a NED runs Intrinsic capital partners. Intrinsic are the lead name for the RNS dated 21.02.2020 https://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/other/14432837.html The RNS which had the details for #IME Immedia having purchased 2.275% of AudioBoom.
Approx 650k Mkt cap.
15M shares in issue, approx 3.5M free float.
6 holders inc trustees have 74% (10.8M)
Yes its been beaten up by CV19 issues, however, it has a 2.75% stake of AudioBoom which could be worth $100 to 200$ M if its taken over.
Immedia clients include Shell, Subway, BP, Nationwide Building Society, JD Sports, O2, BMW, IKEA and FIFA
Massively oversold , I expect a few have been loading up ready for the recovery ... GLA
Just seen News on a USA office.
1 contract could be worth hundreds thousands to millions.
Kacey White has very impressive LinkedIn page & sure to have big contacts.
Lots of cross selling available.
A bit of positive PR on this company is all that’s needed to make the share price rocket.
Low shares in issue 3M Market cap.
Directors hold 70%
Not much free float.
Good news can land anytime and be game changing.
Momentum and SP direction has changed. But keep your safety belt on with this one. Still very small numbers.
Wow!!! Nice recovery................
Point noted phenomenonnick and understood and now agree.
Amarkal - I guess I missed the positives!
garykc - don't the directors already own about 70%?! Surely little point being a public company if they buy any more shares!
News out on Twitter last night about a Texas office opening. Why haven't they released an RNS shouting this news? P1ss poor PR
Very much news driven, either positive or negative.
Need some uplift with news. Just amazes me that the Directors haven't put their hand in their pockets to buy shares. Wonder why??
Possible share price recovery on the way. fundamental data all small but mainly positive.
Results soon.
They need to update market on contracts.
Not long to wait.
Biggest no brainer on AIM? Really?!
What about eg AEO - on the same turnover they have a similar profit, pay a dividend, and have over £1m of cash with a £2.3m market cap.
Or eg OMIP - a higher profit, £5.5m cash, £9m market cap.
Stacks of better opportunities out there IMHO.
And puzzled by your statement "directors hold 70% .... we need directors buying". Can I suggest that if they own any more than 70% there's probably very little point being a public company!
£4.7M Turnover
262k profit
370k Cash in Bank
130k Boom shares for sale
New contracts being won.
Avc at the women’s World Cup
Subway & JD sports exceeding targets.
Low shares in issue directors hold 70%
£3M Market Cap.
This is the biggest no brainer on AIM
If the company kept the market updated on contracts rather than confidential it would help.
Flying so far under radar even when they bring news out the Market Makers push down!
We need directors buying or some good news as they said in results update market by quarter end only a few days to go!
And a better RNS out today. Shite day to release. I "think" the FTSE100 company is SSE.
