Changed man,any particular reason for such a big discount as even pre covid levels, were substantially discounted. Is this literally just waiting for projects to finish and ramp up earnings?
Scoutt - go back to solg it needs a good ramping there...we havent wven reached pre covid levels here re: share price and things are getting back to normal in india...good luck in solg.
Already being done by the Directors, their aim to realign NAV to share price. The aim to get the Nav to zero the same as the share price. When I bought a few shares 3 years ago the price roughly 4p, NAV 25p, so well on the way to the unstated goal. Good luck holders you are going to need a lottery winning amount to get anything back from this cawod o cache (shower of sxxx)
Hey guys, I am brand new to this company and considering taking a stake here. However I cannot understand why this is trading at such a discount to NAV. I have started to read the RNS flow, but the discount is huge, why is it? Is it at risk of a buy out and asset strip- what am I missing? Would appreciate your help.
India is far advanced in its reopening plans. Businesses are open and the country restarted its metro systems in September. Take the share price back to pre covid levels soon imo
I've also decided to dip my toes as above.

Great bounce from the lows here , my first buy here at 1.7p is not looking nearly as bad as it did for the last few weeks .. onwards and upwards back over 2p and beyond gla
And too you, good health.
Yes .
It`s been quite a ride down .
Let`s enjoy the opposite for the new year .

Looking good for new year then?
As at 30 September 2020, the IIP Group had unaudited cash and cash equivalents available of £30.8 million.
Thus about 4.5p should be no problem .

So would 1.6 ?? gla
Would be a nice finish today .
Trend reversal continues .

Thanks to ivans on the AMC board, I've now joined in, looks like its just starting to reverse and could be quite a good run to come, needs to get above 1.9p first:-

Let`s get back above 1.6p first .
NAV seems in a land far far away .
Best of
NAV 15.3p.
That`s a long way from here .
If 6p Is broached maybe , 15.3p & Above is Feasible .
At present that seems highly unlikely .
Happy day anyhow .

First target 2p for me , this stock is so illiquid it can spike quite fiercely .. 4-5p+ could happen . Recovery play post covid seems likely NAV could return to 20p+ levels ..
good to see that smart money slowly coming in. was thinking from next year but i guess i am wrong.
this can rise rapidly
what is the target price here?
9% down to 5% up, hopefully that was the bottom I topped up another 200k at .99p . Hopeful of a good recovery here over coming months ..
Correction .
hit .

1p ht and bounce back begins .
Maybe.

One hopes a race to a better value has begun.
Count those horses not though .
A race to above 2.5p would be great

15.3p updated NAV pretty good considering how bad India has been affected by covid. Onwards and upwards from these lowly levels gla
1.5/1.6 sell/buy .. will it go lower .. maybe but good entry imo
