IMO we will probably hear the results late next Friday, or the following Monday.
854,568 shares and voted NO to both resolutions.
I have 365,001 & was going to vote no but it looks like it's to late now....oh well
248450 shares for me. Also voted NO on both resolutions
...........How many shares are people holding here, and have you voted Yes/No to both resolutions ? Obviously there's no need to answer the question, but it would be interesting to see what percentage of the company is owned by members of this BB, and whether or not their holding will contribute to the For/Against vote. For me, I voted AGAINST both resolution with my holding of 250000 shares.
I wasn't aware until just now that I could vote online with Share centre. Found it just in time and my 2 no votes are added to the pile. The online voting (at SC) ends tomorrow.
Got in touch with my broker too this week and cast my vote against both resolutions. There is absolutely no reason why anyone would vote for the boards proposals here, except the board themselves of course. Judging by the boards comments leading up to, and since the suspension, they seem to have been determined to wrap this company up for some time, I think that's where the confusion came from when this was still trading. The board do not appear to have acted in the shareholders best interests at all IMO. They state in the RNS that voluntary liquidation means shareholders will get nothing, but go on to say they feel that is what's best for everyone. Absolutely disgraceful IMO, and they appear to be covering their own backs, and sod everyone else.
Via TD Waterhouse share dealing account ... the voting facility wasn't showing in the dealing a/c (because its kind of foreign) so I had to ring them and state that "I wanted to vote against resolutions 1 & 2 for the EGM to be held on 26th November" ... took two phone calls ... been told over the phone that its sorted now ... hope I havn't just shot my self in the foot (again)
..........."The Board unanimously considers that the Proposals are in the best interests of Shareholders as a whole." Isn't that just rubbing in, bunch of twadz. They even put it in bold lettering. Hopefully, the result of the vote will be a resounding NO.
Where??? Thanks
I will be happy if we can still receive 0.50 p per share. Having said that, properties are going up. So basically it is fluctuating, who konws it may be 1 p or more.
Hey guys I see by now many of you have read the circular recording the demise of the company. I am sure you have realised that it seems very convenient that the assets realised just enough to cover the borrowing and to leave a nice healthy amount to pay the liquidator with ZERO left for the shareholders. The board claims to have done all it could to avoid this situation but refuses to provide any detailed information in support of what has gone on. I have no idea whether any sort of impropriety has occurred but have my suspicions and want some greater detail as to what has transpired. As such I will be voting against the resolution for voluntary liquidation and hope you all will too. As shareholders we cannot be in any worse position than we are in now by voting against the proposal and will either be satisfied that the directors acted properly or otherwise with a prolonged period of existence for the company. I am going to continue to seek answers as to what happened here and hope you will all use your vote appropriately. MRJ
voting no to both
I received my voting form today through the post, obviously I will be voting no to voluntary liquidation. Forms arrived from my broker (halifax share dealing).
Haven't found it yet. Vote (NO) early, vote often! lllegitimati non carborundum.
Take a deep breath :)
to voluntary liquidation. make the barstewards sweat it out.
Does this mean I may get a return on my investment?
Would anyone vote for voluntary liquidation??
That's my feeling mate. Unless there is some kind of incentive, I for one intend to vote against a voluntary liquidation in this instance.
Hi, Agreed not much point in voting "yes" for voluntary liquidation without any kind of incentive.
.........another forum that the board was waiting for regulatory approval before they announce the EGM and send out the circular to everyone. I'm not exactly sure what the change of address was in aid of, but I don't suppose it's to our benefit. As much as everyone can write off their investment here, I think it would be wise for us to discuss how we should vote when the resolutions are put to shareholders. Regardless of how little is left in this for any of us now, simply voting, or not voting, to make the lives of the board easier in the wake of this train wreck is not in any of our best interests.

Strange it hasn't been delisted yet TBH. Be nice if there was still something to be salvaged, but I won't be holding my breath.
May not be entirely dead lol. Still not officially de-listed and still selling assets Mmm
