9000x40 =360k, what is bursting at 360k?? Aoka Mizu is 600k+ I believe and if they look for a 450-500k offload this time it should be 50-56 days. Anything earlier with the same amount of offload should be considered positive.
Ash, MakinHay, agree with both of you. At 9000 this quarter per day it will take c.40 days to be full to bursting. The first offtake was around 18th June so looking at end of July. CMD was a week ago, 11th, so the use of the word 'imminent' was, shall we say, enthusiastic.
So a loooong way off "imminent" a week ago.
Next uplift due around 2nd August according to information given. So still about 2 weeks to go yet.
A week on from the announcement and no tanker on the way and given the normal offtake periods from 30-40 days which means 1 week is actually a reasonably long time, it seems the BOD's definition of "imminent" is different to everyone else's.
Thanks DC (and JK). Exactly the information I was seeking

BP use Teekay whether or not exclusively I don’t know.
Teekays UKC north sea fleet :
Amundsen Spirit
Nansen Spirit
Navion Oslo
Petroatlantic
Petronordic
Stena Natalita
One of them is anchored at Cromarty awaiting an order.
Thanks JayKay. Not usually a shipwatcher in the same league as some posters but will keep an eye on its destination
John
Daft question, but is Amundsen Spirit the offtake tanker that the AM will always use or are these tankers like taxis - you hail the next available one?
Scandi Carla is now surveying an area from the AM to a position approx 6 miles to the N E, again within a very tight band.
Offshore activities still moving ahead at pace.
