Sorry link removed but search for Hawkwing on national archives -> case law
Google alerts throw up some pretty interesting reading…this seems to be the judgement from the court appointing the administrator. Some pretty odd stuff took place here. Maybe there is some hope for our shares.

Yep, its done.
Looks like we have gone bust!
So be it.
Happy new year.
I think in the end we will do ok here.
There is still some breath of life still here. Fingers crossed.
Shame really, to think was once over 600% up on this lol.
It looks as though it has or going to die from natural causes. Yet another one to write off.
Would love to know as well
I had forgotten about this share due to suspension
I see no posts since last year?
Doesn’t anytime know anything? Or heard anything elsewhere?
Unfortunately
The loan was never three years ago .
8% of £13.7 million over three years is 3.288M profit. That is the same as the market cap at suspension!
wonder what will go on here now? Will this share sink?
Hmm.
I would just like to add this looks like a great move and deal by Hawkwing, in regards to my last post the shares will be at a much higher price once back on the market
This is an interesting peice from the latest RNS. Looks like IFG is valued well but the second part mentions issuing of shares?
"The IFG Acquisition is expected to be at an enterprise value of £115 million, with the consideration being satisfied by the issue of new Hawkwing ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 6 pence per share".
Any predictions what the share price will now be when this gets re instated?
Exciting times ahead when they get relisted!
RTO target Internet Fusion group looks ambitious, run by ex head of Apple Retail John Browett.
If all goes well there is likely to be a very healthy demand for the shares in the future.
One has only to look back to the start of 2021 to see how few buys have taken place and with many of those not being of any great significance.
Looks promising if it all materilises.
Someone trying to bring the price down?
We have some serious backing in here, just a matter of time.
Very quiet here ,I See Nigel Wray is backing Belluscura which is having its IPO this month.
