simply SHAFTED.
The point was that Finkpal ramped the hell out of this dog shortly before it went into administration. Inevitably some punters lost cash as a result. And he's still here posting complete unadulterated rubbish.
Whats the point of Ramping when the share is dead. Rampers and Derampers....Don't you just love em.......It's a shame they don't cancel each other out
As usual utter, utter rubbish from the chief ramper, Finkpal
Not bad!!! First week, there is appointed administrator and £20,000.00 positive cash flow in to the HML account.
What a surprise, not!, the company enters administration! is there any value to the assets? well the incompetent board have failed to generate any substantial income ever! so one has to conclude the value is nil. Whatever happened to KHV? better luck next time and keep your eyes peeled for those directors popping up again!

What an interesting libellous post. I assume you are referring to yourself?
And yet more evidence that Finkpal is an idiot of the highest calibre.
Pha !!!!!! Ha !!!!! ha !!!!!
In my opinion there is a huge confusion on the HML issue. There is no cancelation or suspension on HML securities on FTSE AIM. There is only temporary suspension on trading (Precautionary Suspension). FTSE AIM Rules 40 & 41. http://www.londonstockexchange.com/companies-and-advisors/aim/advisers/rules/aim-rules-for-companies.pdf The HML securities are still quoted on AIM, and if any further RSN notice be posted on LSEx the same way as usually. So many of you guys does view the HML web site. IP - issue price of shares I thing that john-mr-ace have in mind securities owned by HML. In that issue the capitalization = 1.17m; and this is not in off to cover the investors money. The HML does not appoint administrator, even they have authority to do so, but in that issue they do lose power over HML. They do issue only a notice to appoint administrator. This means that they are in charge and it is possible that the process may stay in this issue.
Does anyone know how much the directors have secured loans? also does the IP belong to HML or the directors? If the directors own the IP, then we may as well delete HML. IF the IP belongs to HML, then we may get a little back. Heres hoping......
2 more completely rubbish posts from our resident ramper, Finkpal. He's got a nerve to show himself round here. Here are some reminders of his quality posting: [27th August: company goes into administration] 22nd July: "That means within first year they shall bring HML income like $35m" 9th July: "we believe that HML has real possibility to become even AIM 100" 9th July: "Make it clear for all; The deal has been signed and enforced on or before 11/05/2010" 7th July: "In re to the deal signed and sealed, all this happened already" Need I say more?
Well; it is not like some of you guys, or at present so many of you guys what to see the matter as very sad!!!! There be always some antidote. HML do not care for the investors and does use them, All of you guys know that. All other around HML do this as well. In my opinion It does not matter, all we has to do is to the fact to find out the antidote. And when we does find it; it does not matter what happened to HML; the matter be to get back the investment + some profit.
very sad those who lost
DO YOU THINK HENDERSON MORLEY WILL SURVIVE, AND THE SHAREHOLDERS WILL NOT LOSE THEIR INVESTMENT ? Well, this process itself is very complicated. By filing a notice in state of petition means something argent does arise. For you guys this means only hold. According to ADVFN Merck doing great on contra-viral; this further means that the contract with KSM works very good for HML, but this further means that until May 2011 there be no much for the investors. Some of the shareholders simply want to get out, or to many guy open a short and in case of any income they cannot do the trick as on 28 of July. (first fall down and then rise) This may means that they want to get another payment without notice and all return to normal. Since this is only speculation the best to be, await further action. http://www.harrisons.uk.com/jkcm/default.aspx?pg=51 such action must be done within 10 days.
I Hear you. You are obviously a lot more clued up on hml than me, but good idea, get a round up of shareholders and put a bid in to the receiver for the IP , make Knight dont get it. Then resale it to recoup our losses. But do you think the debt to the directors is more than what their holding is worth? surely it would make sense to sell the IP to the highest bidder? who knows, not me obviously!!
Well it wasn't really a surprise I'm afraid. I tried to stop Finkpal posting complete cobblers but to no avail. You won't be seeing him again. John - re your good feelings - I wouldn't hold your breath. An administrative receiver is appointed to recoup debts over which parties have security. Who do we know that has security? Oh yes, the directors have a charge thanks to their tiny loans to the company over the last month. Combine that with hardly any tangible assets and we'll be lucky to see anything back at all. Of course afaik the company rents its offices from Knight. It will be interesting to see whether the receiver continues to pay rent to him or not. It will all come out in the wash. I think there will be a good attendance at any meeting of creditors. I'm going. I'm sure there will be some very angry punters there given that only days ago the board were still "confident" of pulling off a deal. It will also be interesting to see who the receiver sells the IP to. I think I might put in a call on Monday to the receivers with an offer myself. I for one know who I least want the IP to end up with. Comprendez?
