Finally got to watch mdrake's fab youtube film :
'Watch it through if anyone is trying to sway you away from the fundamentals:

I know helium is rare but, looking at the wold map of known finds, I'm reassured that it's not *that* rare. Clearly the right conditions for trapped He actually exist widely but absolutely not so widely that the price is low. Combined with the modern seismic data and known helium bubbling in the area there has to be a decent chance of success here.
A very good thread with some amusing comments ! Keep it up boys and girls this is a great opportunity for Tanzania and for HE1 let us hope the new President does F it up !
Hi inthevoid,
Nothing wrong with a bit of neurodiversity :)
I’m sure your comments weren’t taken half as badly as you think they were. Believe me, you’ll see far worse things written on the LSE boards.
All the best,
Mick

Please accept my deepest apologies, I’m autistic, hence my tag…inthevoid

The majority of my posts are most-welcomed; this one was unwarranted

Your reply was much-welcomed and l thank you for not ****ging me
off; l deserved it. I read your post and agree with you completely;
so prospects looking very good, myself have have total belief in
DM and Lorna’s interpretation of 2D seismic information.
Wish you both very well and a very good time when this prospect
eventually rockets to the highest level.
in the void,
I think you have me mixed up with someone else? I've no concerns and I'm quite happy with the change in plan on the drilling programme. Not stressed in the slightest and I'm confident this element of the development is in a good place.
I was discussing more about future product classification and opportunities to help increase market pull by highlighting (by appropriate sustainability labelling) the lack of GHG/carbon footprint associated with our helium product.
Sharesaplenty
Read my post regarding DM genius marketing strategy, only my take on
changing first drill initiative.
Please chill out, your constant stressing in doing my head in.
Perhaps, you should pull out, for health reasons.
Just give it a rest for ****s sake.
Mick, I think helium 1 need some better product marketing than taking this simplistic approach to the renewable and sustainability profile of their product.
Particularly if they're wanting to increase the market pull and product differentiator they clearly have over their rivals.
He isn't renewable though. That's why there's a shortage lol
The other component on the helium sustainability is the energy used to extract and condense the gas. If this is generated from wind/solar then even greener than using a hydrocarbon powered energy supply. Does anyone have any idea on what the plans are at He1 for local Tanzanian energy supply to convert the gas ready for shipping?
DBD, £1 a share is a bargain if goof Helium is found my friend! I am now reassessing my target sale prices..£38Bl Co..I am targeting now a £10Bl Co and I am happy to sell.
Think Helium Saudi of Africa..Tanzania!
DYOR and IMHO.
44RJ, I really like your suggestion of the 'green helium' labelling for our product. Its working wonders for the hydrogen gas market, particularly for utilisers who are on top of the GHG/environmental impact of the gas.
I guess you could colour code helium in the same way. Green for renewable (ours) and brown for fossil derived (Qatar and others). Could even have blue for fossil derived but which has CCS (carbon capture storage), although I don't think this offering is available in the helium supply just now.
Mr ST - i ran out of juice after the red days ( i call it heavy discount shopping days) on the US stock yesterday and before, so had to rebalance some (UK) stocks this morning to buy into HE1 - it will need rebalance back at some point as I have quite a lot of HE1 shares (but it never feels enough! damn it). saying that, I don't have much UK stocks left to rebalance anymore now.
SIPP - oh my word. Been told its Friday now to start process. I am having to tell myself its ok to buy HE1 shares for £1 once drilling success declared with the SIPP. 20p sounds so good in contrast.
enjoy the walk Dai2belts - finger crossed (all your walks have turned out good for the sp!)
look forward to DM's talk at 3pm
Not sure if this has been posted before:-

DeepBlue, you making me envious of your buys at these juice prices!! ;0) I am trying to convince my dear Lady to buy some more of it in her SIPP!! I don't know what to sell no more. :0(
@DeepBlueDiver, good timing as I am about to go for a walk, and think about share swapping, so it could recover before I get back..But really I have enough, PF is unbalanced, but positively
Thanks Mdrake
I just watched that Durham University YouTube video you posted (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSRlSXVzjBE).
Very, very exciting stuff. I couldn't give two hoots about today's share price. The fact that the presenter talks at length about the potential at Rukwa is particularly interesting. It seems that no other location on the planet has the potential that Helium One has. The presenter did mention some challenges with transportation and legislation, but I assume that those fears can be allayed if the government support is there, which the new president appears to suggest.
Another take away for me is the fact that almost all of the current helium supply on the planet is derived from fossil fuel extraction, usually as a by product from the natural gas industry. Helium One's gas is completely fossil fuel free, containing just helium and nitrogen. It begs the question whether the helium produced from Rukwa should have a renewable tag associated with it, in the same way as "Green hydrogen", "Syn gas", etc. In this day and age of companies looking to distance themselves from the fossil fuel industry perhaps such organisations would welcome a premium cost to secure our product. Or enter into long term supply contracts. Who knows.
But anyway, a great presentation and a great way to educate oneself on the composition, properties, origin, sources, etc of helium. I urge you all on this chat to watch it (its pretty heavy going at times so might be worth cracking open a bottle of wine to aid comprehension). If we're going to be heavily invested into this thing, we may as well learn the basics!
just readjusted my portfolio again on one trading account - bought another 18,780 shares @ 19.6999p.
Excellent post mdrake!
listen to Professor Gluyas’ reply to a question at the 39:10 mark.

Dont worry Seagullsfan
Any further drop will be lapped up, i reckon its a small tree shake before DM's talk today.
Keep your (our) eyes on spud sp target and beyond. (Unless you are riding the volatility of course).
I’m with you DBD. Just added another 100k on top of already large holding.
Could be bum-twitching time if this goes south though. Lol.
transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient -
well, i bought another 15,102 shares @ 19.7852p....
shopping day for me today on HE1
- beat those muppets outside Selfridges queuing for hours throwing money down the loo
Not sure what's going on with posters recently who have decided to sell (cool, your choice) and broadcast it while also spitting doom and gloom in the hope the price doesn't go higher to justify the sell - but the fact of the matter is if HE1 hit Helium then its all going to be irrelevant!
Will HE1 find anything? Well, watch this gem of a video which is a seminar by Durham Energy Institute Director Professor Jon Gluyas. This is an impartial, professional opinion on Helium the region and its reserves from an academic institute.
Watch it through if anyone is trying to sway you away from the fundamentals:

Besides this, I'm going to simply relax and look forward to DM investor presentation later!
