Maybe drop Richard Johnson at Stockdale Securities a line. richard.johnson@stockdalesecurities.com He is the Nominated Adviser in charge of Hawk. These guys have a duty to steer companies through the good times and the bad not just sit back collecting thier fee. I have expressed my anger with regards to Rick and Chuck and funnily enough Richard has gone very quiet!
450,000 on my part - although I bought at the peak, so that is around 50 grand! I believe some significant shareholders have expressed their potential support for a rights issue (should the right elements be in place to make it a success). There is a feeling that the Board are dragging their feet on the EGM in order to sell off the assets and make any recovery unviable. I am not sure who else we can copy in to try and get support as, in my opinion, the behaviour of the current leadership is bordering on criminal.
Hi like many shareholders very p***Ed on the way we have been treated and handling of the company I pledge 1.2 million shares
I have just done the same
Hi All, I have been in touch with Mr. Claesson - he has tried reaching the Board but has not had any communications responded to. I suggest anyone who cares about their Shareholding write to the Board to push for an EGM date. Otherwise they may try to delay the EGM as long as possible to enable the sell off of assets with no return to Shareholders. I copied the regulator on my email too, complaining about the state of their Shareholder comms. aimregulation@londonstockexchange.com and I believe the Board email addresses are rickmccullough@nighthawkenergy.com chuckwilson@nighthawkenergy.com stuarteaton@nighthawkenergy.com
Well, I never expected that I thought we were up in some there is still hope, for all us long term holders Get Steve back would get my vote he new his onions with hawk I was actually in profit then. It’s hard to believe we were trading at 14 p only 3 years ago weathered the oil price drop. Then these ****wits ran us into the ground. Fingers crossed
According to an article I have just read by James Harlett we PI's between us own less than 7% if the company. The biggest class of owners are Institutions with over 60% of the company. JC and his associates own about 16%. In my attempt to rally support for an EGM I managed to get nearly 4% of shares pledged. I am just wondering what percentage of votes JC will need to get any motions passed at the General Meeting he has called for.
Wouldn't that be something. Stephen Gutteridge at the helm. I actually made a few quid while he was in charge. That news would bring in a shed load of new investors.
I hope he doesn't mind!!! johan.claesson@claessonanderzen.com
What are his contact details? I would like to do the same! We will have someone leading the company with significant skin in the game. I can't believe this is such a flame out with such promising reserves and opportunity. I'm 50 grand in which is huge for me - this was my big one - I believed in it so much - maybe JC can lure Guttering back and he can work his magic again - would be worth paying top dollar for it.
emailed JC after reading the RNS, thanking him for his action and pledging my votes on his behalf for moving forward.
I certainly will if I ever get the chance to meet him! Great news but my worry is these two charlatans Rick and Chuck will be sheltered in someway by the Chapter 11 process. I hope I am wrong!
Well looks like JC has made his move. He outlined certain problems to me, and a suggestion of $$$ help, but had a negative response from the board. JC has a huge investment in Hawk, and is still prepared to back more $$$. He certainly will have my vote, I will be instructing H Lansd accordingly. Looks like I may be out of touch at the wrong time.
Surely it is possible with oil prices now at $78 per barrel to get a 21 million loan ?? Seems crazy when we have money coming in every month. I wouldnt be surprised if this little problem gets solved. Just the wrong people at the top at the moment who have no clue what to do. Money should have been raised when we were sitting at 10p!
Been saying it.... fingers crossed. New management is needed am sure shareholders would back jc. After all what have they got to lose currently!
So proposal to sling Rick and chuck out! Im all for it personally. Maybe Claesson at the helm can turn this around!
3 years ago Nighthawk had market cap £150m and $35m CBA debt!!! Oil price was over $100. Today mcap £1m only and $21m CBA debt. Producing half this what 3 years ago but still making money. Oil is at $70. Current situation is a nonsense to me. This company is in much better shape than most on AIM.
but you will have a late Cogcc update from me for March, on a well by well basis. I know, I hear you all shouting, it's too late!!!
It seems almost inevitable us shareholders will be shafted here But you just feel they are not really trying to find a solution that would help shareholders.J C must be really hacked off given all what he has done for this company. It seems everything was on the WF, as that has seemingly failed they have just given up! Such a shame for all us LTH that it should end like this, after getting through such low oil prices etc.GLA we need a miracle now to salvage anything.
no idea why they don't talk out of the court!
both the judge & new guy, look at POO...$71 a barrel
Surely if JC is having problems with the board he should be speaking to other shareholders and trying to oust them....
