Same from Halifax...will keep you informed etc.take no action at this time hey ho
It says in my email no action to be taken. I presume it will show as nothing till i3 and Cora gold Both IPO and then both shares will show up in our accounts.
I have had a corporate action notice regarding the delsiting on my TD investment site . I have read it through but my question is is there anything I need to do right now as it just appears to be advisory ?

Thank you for your reply. Indeed my portfolio shows the amount of shares. TD are no tin bucket broker so I await next moves. Thanks again miker444
busta, sounds like they are just being transparent in keeping you in the loop as to everything that is going on. I have experienced de-listings before, unfortunately, but my shareholder account remains the same as in it shows Gwik and the holdings irrespective of the sp price going to zero and will automatically be converted by the broker / nominee when they are instructed. atb
Boom I think as fund raising is in the region of $45m and early days without oil production my prediction and that's all it can be mate is MarCap in the region of £50m. That's where I think we can get multi-bags a bit later when oil is produced and RNS MarCap stating $400m or so on $50 a barrel is achieved and yes as you say because of that the lower the i3 list mcap the better. atb

Sorry cite = xcite
Morning all..Bentley fits the bill ...this from cite.. *Bentley is a ready to go development project *Systematic appraisal has led to a de-risked and optimised development plan *Straightforward recovery mechanism provides good certainty on production volumes *A total of 142 Km of reservoir section and 540,000blpd facilities capacity are key elements in delivering 267.3MMstb 2P reserves over FPD and SPD *Simplification of the development concept and infield assets with use of multi-lateral wells delivers oil at $30/bbl All bodes well for the future..but let's get this ipo done first guys. Cheers mateys
My unsubstantiated thinking was possibly Bentley as that is currently going through the liquidators to an unnamed 'party'.
Orlando oil field? Iona Energy never did conclude the sale. No idea what the legal implications are of selling an asset to your next new business while in administration. Neill Carson probably no longer has much say. A new company with funding and no debt is extremely attractive just now in o&g. Liberator + Orlando and i3energy could be looking at some serious numbers. Orlando could be funded from liberator profits.
Thanks mike. Wasn't too sure. Wonder if i3 are closing in on other targets...

Ok,my mistake,I apologise. I knew it was close. Still don't see why it matters.
And not sure what that has to do anything to be honest.
No I didn't why?
I don't think anyone is trying to be funny here. That was a confusing rns for me,I do try and understand them, honest. Add in ISA complications and yeah it's a difficult one to fathom out. Just people geniounly worried about their investment. Hope it works out well for all of us. Peace and love
Royoboy, so asking a question is trying to be funny is it ? And asking a fellow investor to not help is not? I think you've got your morals wrong pal . Thanks to these boards and to the many posters with useful information some of us who are less experienced at this (none of us are born investors ) gain experience. So if you don't like seeing questions being asked why don't you just ignore and move on ito post you do like.

For me the de-risk is Cora which will probably be a value sp re-list (equivalent!) circa 0.01, a tenth of the real book cost of whatever each person paid out. So letting that run for probably a year may well get back to the 0.1p and break even of total investment outlay. Amanda has a knack of getting these small caps moving to perform well, she will want it to for Paternosters sake. atb

Royboy ..... please don't tarnish me with the same brush as some of the posters on here that don't even bother to read the RNS's and ask others for info ..... I was not trying to be funny at all ..... it was a genuine question to Miker as I didn't understand his holding/expectations.
I guess I misunderstood this line in your post .... "I have nearly 35m of these and if it gets to 1p ( which I think it will once producing) that is £350k."
I have not said anywhere that I expect one i3 share for one Gwik share, I would be a multi-millionaire if that was to happen. Currently the suspended sp is 0.06p. I expect the 'pro-rata' sp value for what we hold now to be around 0.1p with a 50% discount when we re-list so approx. 0.15p. I also expect it to reach 0.2 / 0.25 within a few days / week or so once fund raising for the $45m to fund the well starts. Probably a bit higher but if I settle for a conservative sp of 0.25p I will be managing my expectations. Then if on producing 6000 - 8000 bopd as expected from Liberator Field Well in the N Sea the MarCap goes to $400m as stated in RNS I would assume a minimum 4 x multi- bag of 0.25p to get to 1p. It may well go to 1.5p and that would only be 6 bagger. My assumptions are based on the fund raise of $45m turning i3 into a half billion dollar company or as near as. i3 RNS quoted $400m on just $50 a barrel. Simpler way of putting it is whatever value you hold now in £ sterling will be multi bagged come end of summer / oil production. That's all I am saying guys. atb
I will run my posts past a nomad next time lol people should chill more if they are genuinely invested they should multi-bag if they hold just a few months. atb

Hi Miker .... with ref to your post about your holding in GWIK, it looks are you expecting one i3 share for each GWIK share you have .... is that likely? .... not seen any info re that but I have asked on here but nobody replied ... what's your thoughts on allocation? .... cheers in advance.
Hi royoboy, fully aware mate just playing along, I look at posters previous post history and do my own assessing of them although some do get confused as to why they are 'invested' and the reasons lol All that matters to me is that I have nearly 35m of these and if it gets to 1p ( which I think it will once producing) that is £350k. That's i3 of course, then there is Cora which I will let run and is a slower burner than i3, be happy to get my investment money back so win / win. Point is I will have the last laugh, hopefully :¬). atb

It will stay the same as it is now with whoever your broker / nominee account is with, I am assuming Halifax. They will do all the necessary work, however, as others have stated may be a little bit different if held in an ISA which I do not so cannot comment on that situation although jonbudzynski has a good post further down titled ISA people and will keep people updated. atb

Want to wrap something up. Will my i3 shares go straight to my halifax trading account?
we will only have shares in i3
Are we going to be called i3 or cora gold ?i have been following this bb but still cant work it all out . Thanks

Why is it rubbish? Glenwick are not trading anymore and may not come back for 3 months. I3 will have its own BB. LSE normally very quick to close boards down.
I expect this BB will shut down within a week.
this bb stays active as we will be back soon.

Hi all, I phoned Barclays this morning and the adviser said the GWIK stock will stay in the ISA but will just be listed at nil value. I'll keep an eye on it and will happily relay any other info i get to save everyone doing the same. I know this information goes against what others have said and thus I do understand even people who work for with a bank or stockbroker might not know the ins and outs of this sort of thing so don't quote me on this ;). It would be nice if this is true and it all stays within the ISA wrapper. All the best.

Many thanks and good luck
I think original timing was i3e ipo Q4 2016 and production H2 2017 so a little behind schedule at the moment but I'm quite happy.
Infapound morning mate, Amanda states in the RNS that Cora Gold IPO should take place Q2 2017 so that is the months of Apr, May & Jun. Not too long to wait just could be 4 weeks or could be 12 weeks from now. As for i3 IPO I would expect a similar timeframe for it to re-list as once it does we then will have a fund raising exercise to finance the production phase of re-opening the Liberator Field Well. They were hoping to have oil out by the summer but that may be a little optimistic unless it re-lists in the next month or so. atb
My IG account is showing latest share price at 999999.00 ! Did try to sell but won't let me...shame :)

My holding in GWIK is now showing as zero which has dented my PF value by 20%!! I am aware this will all come good and look forward to my holdings in i3 and Cora bearing fruit. Probs an impossible question but will we see these deals happening this year? GLA genuine Hold - lol😂
