Guscio tumbled 1.25p, or 45%, to 1.5p after the company, which reported a £3.9 million annual loss, said sales of its physical literacy programme for schoolkids had suffered since it bought the Sportsdata business from former QPR chairman Richard Thompson in May.
Glad my bargepole has told me not to touch this :D
nice for those in - but speeding ticket due? However found this in an rns: As part of Professor Caine’s remuneration of his role as non-executive director of Guscio, he has been issued with warrants granting him the right to subscribe for up to 750,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 4 pence per Ordinary Share. The warrants will expire upon the fifth anniversary of Professor Caine’s appointment. 4p warrants.
on only 330000 shares traded ????? hmmmmm
It would be illegal for me to say. As someone said, RNS either way . . .
Tell a story for those who choose to look.
What factor would you attribute to this 100% rise then? With no RNS/News..
It's illegal to suggest that anything illegal is going on. No matter what happens with an sp.
If it's not a speeding ticket, it's dodgy as to how someone knew something for this spike. For all its time, it has been an . . . interestingly priced share . . .
an rns either way soon speeding ticket or news
Seems like somebody knows something we don't..
spiking over 100%?
sugar baby
sugar tax initiative to kick this up.watch !
Yep. Not a great time to release either, literally last update pre Christmas! Not happy, the risk of startups though. Thankfully only invested around £2k so will just leave it now.
NOT good. Not good at all.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-38212608 Could be good news for GUSC as I'm fairly sure the proceeds from this levy will go into schools fight against obesity and supporting programs like skills to achieve.
An interesting development to me. Broadens the range of those who can 'support' the purchase of licenses.
Yep good to see. £20k from one person I suspect. Not much else has happened here for a while but I'm sure things are happening behind the scenes. A waiting game but it will be worth it I'm sure.
2x10K value at 3.5p
My name is Michael Caine. Not many people know that….
Indeed. Good progress, and the name change is entirely logical to me.
I expect the introduction of Professor Michael Caine to the board to blow the doors off this share.
Have it on good authority that news here will be forthcoming over the next few weeks. Will be interesting to see how things are progressing.
