Thanks Swizz!
Steady as she goes will do me, we don't want anybody getting spiked and adding tension to the thread, 30p/40p in 12/18 months will do very nicely IMHO....GL S Posted by Bp on ADVFN, I believe this was circulated as a share tip by HR's and was pre NW and the £600k placing, the recent news does endorse the fast movement comment. barnetpeter 17 Apr'15 - 08:59 - 504240 of 504240 0 0 it could just fly. Guscio (GUSC) is a company we bet you have never heard of. However… This was an AIM casino dog called Talent Group. Lack of Talent might have been more appropriate. But – sorry if this sounds familiar – it has been rescued by a new management team and there are some interesting investors on board. Try and nibble at 10p or less on Monday. At 9p the market cap is £536,000. The company has net cash of c£125,000 but other assets and cash due of – perhaps – another £50,000 and an AIM shell is normally worth £300,000-£500,000 so the share price is about right. What is interesting is that the company has a couple of backers whose names are not yet in the public arena who clearly know what they are doing. This will not be a sit around on AIM racking up fees as an investing company POS. The clear intention, we understand, is to reverse in a decent TMT business and fast. The shares could well fly on such a development.
Went to 15p in Nov, and that was well before all that has happened since. Lot's of dot joining going on at the moment. Would loved to have met them at UKIS.
It's like the BOD are giving crumbs of clues to investors eh. Yesterday's news caught me off guard a little, and in a good way.
Great additions to the BOD yesterday and certainly bodes for some iminent news and would be good to break and stay above 11p 6m only in free float if I remember correctly Great research from you residents posters - thanks
leg up if more volume continues, holding mine firm.
J4u, RT and NW are in the same network as CA at Concha, NW is a major holder at Concha and was part of the original subscription to get Concha up and away, MY was part of the BOD that assisted the transition to CA and the new BOD at Concha and that is just headline connections!......GL S
Thanks Swiss, appreciate the answers! All sounds good and positive and didnt think to look up Concha. That said, I hav eherad the link to CHA before ... do you know who was involved from here that was on Concha as when I look them (CHA) up it seems to now have a completely different board. I haven't seen in any of the profiles of GUSC's board any reference to Concha?
Everyone
Ha, anymore volume and 11/12p today ahead of UKIS.
Drives this very quickly. Swizz you are right. I think there are only three MM's on this one at the moment too so they struggle to contain the book if multiple buy orders start coming through. Could not be more secure and positive that this is a winner, and will fly very soon. Let's see what happens eh.
J4u, my thoughts on 2 and 3, Warrants - in the real scheme of things IMHO it is a relatively small number, it is only holding the price back at the moment because of the low liquidity, a few decent trading volume days would see it clear, also worth noting that every warrant excercised is more cash for the company and it is not unusual to see warrants as part of the initial seed capital raising, it is not a big deal for me Capital - Yes I do believe they will raise again, but IMHO it will be deal dependant and based on recent equity raise you would hope it would be at much higher prices, if you look back at Concha Plc and their placings you will note the increasing placing price and also warrants and that has not held back the SP, IMHO, based on rough desk top calc's cash the current cash position is somewhere between £600k and £700k, plus what we have invested so far to date in Sportsdata.
I am very excited here - the more I reserach the more confident I am becoming in this leadership team that is being assembled. Ialos have some queires, so here goes ... 1) Ian B I have seen you mentions more than once that you have acontact that has mentioned about investmnets /RTO - can you explain or elabortae more? 2)I note the number of warrants that are in play an d the regularity and frequency by which they are being converted. Anyone else think that is holding the sp back? There is a good slug still sitting in the background to be converted - any thoughts on that? 3) Anyone see GUSC needing to raise monies again as I am not sure how much cash theyhave left after th eSPorts data investment - anyone know and able to give an idea? 4) Finally I'm planning on going to the UKIS - anyone want me to ask any specific questions, let me know and I'll do my best...
Swizz..and it may just be BIG....thanks for your research......sure riddler said 30p fair value. The connections are all there...atb
cfn, it's the theme of connections, history, expertise, financial clout and rate of activity that really gets me buzzing and when you sit back and absorb what has gone on in just a few months since the company was formed, we don't need to be spoon fed IMHO, something is going on and we are getting a load of signals.......GL S All of the below in the space of a few months! 1 - BOD appointment of RT 2 - Siginificant equity raises - Including BOD participation 3 - NW and other major backers coming on board at 8p 4 - Sportsdata investment and then Increased investment in SD 5 - MY shares purchases at 8p 6 - Warrants being excercised (on going) 7 - Further BOD appointments with direct connections to RT and major backers 8 - UKIS attendance
same names ...strange website
great find swizz...Metal Pig..is that not the best name ever ...lol this really could be a big happening here...oh chal and gate may be about to be eclipsed.
Interesting to note the cross over and shared corporate experiences of our new and developing BOD, along with their extensive network, a significant number of which are clearly high net worth, an example of this is Piccadilly Ventures, which as undergone name change to Metal Pig, links below will detail the PV activity and also Duedil link notes some of the recent activity of Metal Pig, it may all be just a coincidence, but the people and activities make me believe otherwise, as always DYOR......GL S Links...... http://www.piccadillyventures.com https://www.duedil.com/company/08663284/metal-pig-limited/documents
easy 12p soon...don't normally predict but why not...20p plus
Good move, which I'm sure will be rewarded. Targets are difficult, but this is a legit business, with proven management and heavyweight shareholders. Personally I reckon short term and without news 11/12p will go, with news, and medium/long term, the gains could be double, triple bag easy, if the dots are lined up and pulled together :)
none exec directors
just needs a little patience. we have all seen how fast this moves up when it gets buyers. very positive move today takening on two new no execs. there is a clear plan waiting to be revealed in my opinion. hargreaves and wray not made a wild punt.
Sold out here last Thursday morning to fund purchase of UKOG at 2.3p but didn't sell UKOG at the spike (was visiting a customer) so went into negative territory just at the same time as GUSC was rising. Came to my senses yesterday....sold UKOG with only 10% loss and bought back into GUSC...unfortunately at a price higher that I sold it for. Will not be so impetuous next time. Will be holding a while. Anyone got a target they would like to share?
Yip...things happening and looking good.
Yep one of those 'I wouldn't want to be out over the weekend jobbie's :). With GUSC at UKIS on Saturday, as well as Wray, holding mine tight. Nothing may materialise through RNS but if anything more interest should come i'm positive on that. Today's RNS affirms things are afoot here behind the scenes.
