Very strong, am back in.
“in September those of the Company's GB storage assets that participated in the actively-traded GB power markets generated revenues nearly two times their September forecasts.”
Welcome back and good luck....
Whoop whoop!! Did I say I would be selling some if the sp reached 120? What I meant was, I'll be buying more because the market CLEARLY hasn't understood the implications of this trading update. Fantastic news, short and medium-term!
Surely that 4th quarter dividend will be 2p now? Be great to round it up to 2p per quarter. More in the pipeline too. For a boring divi payer this is getting quite interesting now!!
Hello k, I believe the company's dividend policy clearly states that will pay equivalent to 7% of the net asset value, which means that the NAV has to reach at least 110p before the total dividends can go up to 8p per annum. Not so sure what is latest NAV. Maybe it needs a little longer to achieve that. Perhaps next financial year.
Anyway, here to onwards and upwards!!!....and good luck everyone....
Ah yes, of course it does sidi. Still, if they keep raking in bigger payments without spending more capital it'll definitely help! Very happy with how things are progressing here. GSF clearly feel the additional revenue stream is materially significant, hence the RNS this morning, but the SP has only increased by 1.32%. More to come, I feel, so I've broken my new rule of not buying unless the company is raising funds.
I am also in heavy here k. Already got over 50k shares but will buy more when I see fit......hehe
Most of those new shares I bought from Primary Bid are doing very poorly. Should have put all those money in here......ugh!
Wow, 50k shares, I knew you were big-time sidi lol!!! I'm just shy of 13k after my buy today, average 102.7. I'll be very happy if I can generate £1k p.a. net dividend from my holding here.
No, not that big-time k....lol
Anyway, 115.50p finish, hooray!!...
We are back in business again. Someone just paid 115.50p, probably more to come....sweet!
Just picked up 3000 for 114.9p.
Bored, on a train. Also doubled up on AEW UK and Impact Health, selling out of WINK and Twenty Four for a while
You were busy trading. What did you mean by boring?.......lol
I sold 3/4 of my TGA last week and started day trading it yesterday. Made nearly £1k of profit. I bought back 5000 @368p this morning but it continued dropping to 361p before recovering. Now at 370p, no idea whether I will make profit for today or not but still got more than 4 hours to go yet. Let's see what will happen then......hehe
Everytime I have seen opportunities for day trading I get a couple of good days and then someone makes a statement that destroys the share price and leaves me stuck in.
Same here, never cut out to be a good trader as I just react to slowly and indecisive. I have been trapped in most of my shares I have bought for a long time......lol
Yes that is why I make most of my investments quarterly dividend payers, even if they drop I am getting a good income, and can tinker with my holdings to average down. I just see a good opportunity to take some profits at the moment and reposition my holdings over the Xmas and New Year period. Thinking about a small stake in Harmony Energy through PB. Small dividend for next year but then hopefully 8 percent.
Very good job, sounds like great strategy indeed. Hope that you'll make some serious money my friend.
Yes, I subscribed for a few k of Harmony Energy as well. Just can't resist a potential 8% yield, even better than GSF hey. Let's hope it will be a winner......hehe
Possible problem, although I was keen on Harmony Energy, I knew I/web - Lloyds wouldn't take SFS shares, but was sure Jarvis X-O took anything - but I checked and they just got back to me saying NO.
I'm disappointed but hope your alternate broker will take them.
Oh, I didn't know about that. Well, let's hope LSE will accept it.....oh my!
PB now also offers bond but I just afraid that Lloyds will not accept it. So, I am not going to subscribe any.
I would bet that if I hadn't asked, Jarvis/XO would have accepted it. Looking at the SFS list I am in several companyies with I-web despite them saying they won't let people deal in the SFS.
Did Primary Bid send you a questionairre when you subscribed to Harmony Energy ?
Yes, I answered that and passed...... hahahaha
Always said you know what you are talking about !
I was concerned you had to part with your money before you got the questionairre. Harmony should be quite an interesting investment. See how long it is before someone lets me buy in.
Hope so but anyway, it's good to buy from the start of a new company before it takes off. Let's hope Harmony Energy will go a long way from here.
Oh yes, PB has always taken my money before I know how many shares will I get, lol...
