GRIT
look at Mcap and the new board of directors with huge success and expertise.
huge gap up coming
Gap is at 12p

plenty of trades opportunity on Cine,
Profits back into GRIT
not sold a bean,
this is main market Davy50.
let's see who starts to buy GRIT on the open market.
No matter how good you make a stock sound earl you still dump within a day. I see a clump of sales around 11.54 so guessing that was you as they are your trademark. Ticker sort of suits you if you remove the R
I'm going to await the news on who will be reversing into whom and what the anticipated projects will be...before putting in any more than £3,500 here....£1,200 odd as of now and another £2,400 odd when I see momentum.
Won't miss the boat totally, but won't get on the train yet! lol.
end of for now...but I have been noted to change my mind if I get a sniff of sweet smelling potential!

you missing the point of RTO
say Company X wants to float its company on the stock market, it takes time and other information to list.
However by Buying GRIT outright the owners can list their company X in a far efficient and cheaper way.
hench GRIT will be taken over by someone who sees the property tiny Mcap
boom coming
EoA......I wouldn't wish to risk anywhere near £10k let alone £100k......and to get 30% of the company on the open market would in itself take time...even if posssible, which I doubt.
It would rocket the SP for sure......and become a PUMP and Dump.....and put investors off for the medium term.
Just my thoughts....who knows? But I've only got a 28,888 holding for mow and will buy another 60,000 if momentum kicks in! and who knows after that....depends on news!
Doesn't seem available on HL so I'm out. Good luck to anyone in.
BK
do you see a takeover on the horizon for GRIT.
even to buy 30% on the open market won't be much money.
maybe £100k would buy 30%
It would be cheaper to buy on the open market
Wow you're a bit repetitive EarlofAim! You must be excited! I'm a little more tempered....my post from yesterday:-
"The market cap is actually more like £380k and the RTO anticipated is more like £10m...however even after fees we should be looking at least 20 X fold increase in our SP.
Pretty good odds of turning £2,500 investment into £50,000 early next year! Experienced fund managers, conversion of loan notes etc. inspires confidence to be measured against this extremely high risk but high reward if it pays off....but you must DYOR and make up your own mind...it is likely you could lose most of your investment...however I bought in 28888 this a.m. prepared to play with £1,166.25! GLA"
It has been pointed out however that our 10m shares in issue could rise if further loan notes are converted......however all to play for here even if my 20x multibag opinion waters down to 10x!!!
I will probably add when momentum kicks in!
