So what do they want? What is their end game?
Of course Seafox is telling us that they do not intend a takeover because that would require them to offer a premium on the share price. It would be of interest if they told us their long term goals here. So they have spent a little over 8M, presumably they just want to help double the share price and make a simple 8M profit plus helping all the other shareholders whose IPO investment stands at 13% of what they put in. Then they will sell and walkaway with their 8M profit. Or, with a toehold share holding get their choice of Chairman and NEDs on the board, continue to suppress the share price, scare or frustrate all shareholders into selling and hoover up your shares for a song.
Seafox working for all shareholders?Give yourselves a shake.
Without Seafox we would surely be back at 32 pence by now.
Surly they wouldn't need to get 90% to have control?
That would assume they wanted to keep it on the exchange?
They could go as far as 75% and take the company private?
Run it as ltd company?
are should read areas typo
5 to 8% will cause a drop.
the administration might take time and they may have a deadline rather be thinking in terms of a gms schedule.
the seafox literature is interesting.
but I was looking at bibby and the previous company the cfo was at that went into administration.
not wanting to look through the world with rose tinted glasses do you think seafox could see this as the opportunity to grab a new fleet at a bargain price?
there release seemed very gentleman like in there desire to cost cut and streamline with pull from the are likely end users.
But I imagine this creates a plethora of stocks that are undervalued in relation to their operational value. Like I said, its due to the plight of city financial that the sp drops; the companies run just the same so recovery, even if long term, should not be to difficult. Anyone with sense should get the share hoover out and wait for city to finish.
When there is a large seller on the scales the share price tumbles it's all very simple look at PHD last week. Private investors cant compete with big sellers.
I think you need to look at the stocks they were dumping last week KP2 and HZM c4xd and others. Search Twitter for those stocks and there is a link to all other stocks they hold #kp2 #hzm #c4xd
SP might take a hit, but city financial going under doesn't change the operations of every company it has holdings in. I'd possibly consider using it as a chance to average down.
They were holding 10 million shares..... if there still holding they could be sold for peanuts in next few weeks. Large sellers kills the price like we saw when this hit 7p
i can almost feel them pieces of eight in my hand ,this is about to not walk the plank but run away to new high levels
Should have got someone with an O level in English to proof read and correct the grammar.
So our new NED starts work tomorrow. I wonder what he will be able to do for the company (and by extension, the share price)
bid higher than share price?
Relax and enjoy, Duck.
Message received & understood Mr.Duck...good luck with the impending good news everyone is referring to. He who dares,Wins.
I bought some more this morning. However they're showing as a sell on my ADVFN app. What's that all about?

It's back up now, seems that may have been some error on the market makers behalf, but I'm not going to pretend I know the answer.
Hold on tight my son, we will have lift off soon for sure be brave, be strong, be richer .....
Well i guess its not exactly news as such, but its a bit of positivity during an uncertain period.
