3rd "Still doing the usual I see."
Yep, exposing your false or misleading statements. Get used to it or stop doing, simples . . .
Hey Fyoz,
I bet you hate Trump too .
Yeah right ! Perhaps an early morning post that went in and ok quickly, but the meaning is still the same .
You have merely corrected the math, but still agree by default on the issue.
Still doing the usual I see.
I thought you said ...
Oh forget it; it doesn’t matter in the whole scheme of things.
Well, not to me that is. ; )
No dates have been given for the publication of the prospectus or the listing itself. The migration was completed earlier than the guide date though, so hopefully not too much longer now
i emailed last week asking when we would get an update and guess what no reply from Infinity contact us page. i was hoping for an update by the end of May but that has come and gone to its anyones guess if and when we come back
Anyone give a guess when this is coming back to the market please ?
Thanks
3rd, lets move on as Fyoz said the decision has been made and the vote has been done we have to accept it now. When we get more info we can decide to stay or go on relist naff all else we can do now so the time has come for reflection for you and I and everyone else's future investment choices.
3rd:- "Still don’t like the FACT !!! ...
That Gerwyn has issued himself 4 times the amount of shares that we had before suspension in the company.
"
Before suspension we had approx 1.75bn shares. Approx 2.69bn new shares are being allocated to GW. That's approx 1.5 times the pre-suspension share issue. If you're going to post FACTS, then try to be accurate
Bigger fool . . .
Still don’t like the FACT !!! ...
That Gerwyn has issued himself 4 times the amount of shares that we had before suspension in the company.
That, my friend, is the ultimate betrayal of shareholders, regardless of the fact that shareholders voted yes to it.
It was put out there and voted for on ignorance and impatience.
Fools !!!
Well good luck with that.
I really hope for all of us that your outlook is right:
3rd, I don't want to see a 'supposed prospectus' I want to see the actual one that INFT are going to publish
It should contain all sorts of information that will hopefully make potential investors want to buy shares, how they valued Transgas for example. It should also contain other nuggets like director remuneration, who the large holders are, plans for fundraising (if any), what they're going to do with those (if any) funds, etc
In short, a wealth of information we don't have right now
So what is it that you are expecting to see or would like to see in a supposed prospectus ?
Fracking might be made slightly greener by using carbon dioxide rather than water to blast oil out of underground rock formations, scientists suggest.
The process has typically involved extracting hard-to-reach oil and gas by shooting water, sand and chemicals deep underground at high pressure to fracture rock systems.
Supporters say that the subsequent bounty of previously inaccessible hydrocarbons has stoked an economic boom. Opponents say that the industry is poisoning the environment.
Chinese scientists have now entered the debate. Fracking techniques could be improved, they suggest, by blasting carbon dioxide — a greenhouse gas — underground instead of water.
The technique would use so-called supercritical CO2, cooled and placed under pressures at which it has the density of a liquid but flows like a gas. In a study published yesterday in the journal Joule, they argue that the benefits of CO2 fracturing could include eliminating the need for large water supplies, making fracking viable in arid regions.
The method could also lower the risk of water sources becoming contaminated by chemicals leaching into supplies. Up to half of the water-chemical solutions used at present seep into rock formations far below the surface.
Finally, they suggest that much of the CO2 pumped underground could stay there. It is possible, analysts believe, that CO2 captured from power plant chimneys could be locked away for millennia in rock systems. Those arguments are likely to infuriate environmentalists, who argue that the world needs to wean itself off fossil fuels.
Hannah Chalmers, of the University of Edinburgh, said: “This study does not include the analysis that is needed to establish whether CO2 fracking is likely to lead to an overall reduction in global greenhouse gas emissions.
“To achieve the level of CO2 emissions reduction that climate scientists suggest we need, it will be essential that fossil fuel use is allowed only if the produced CO2 can be captured and stored. If CO2 fracking increases the amount of fossil fuel that is available for use, it will also be necessary to capture and store the additional CO2 that is produced.”
The latest research investigated the differences between CO2 and water as fracturing fluids on a microscopic level. When both substances were injected into samples of shale rock collected from Chongqing in China, the scientists found that the CO2 performed better, creating better networks of fractures.
Nannan Sun, of the Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, a co- author of the study, said: “This changes the mechanism by which the fractures are created, generating more complex fracture networks that result in more efficient shale gas production.”
Question is when will this relist even a date would be good now
Lets hope as someone mentioned he can secure an extension.
"Will sell on open ?"
None, so that just leaves 30% in free float, most of them owned by PI's who are holding out for big gains
Wait until the herd want to buy into this, SP will shoot up
Awaiting the prospectus with relish
Was hoping for an update today, I guess the longer it's dragged out the more GW can collect in wages before he retires . Ho hum trytryandagain!
Not deramping, just trying to calc the cash in June 2019
If you say it is ~£370k Cash then fine by me.
So listing on the Main Market will cost ~£150-200k
Leaves £170-220k Cash on listing or 6months cash or enough cash till end of 2019
But lets not worry too much about it yet...
The main target is listing on the main market as soon as possible...
Sad to see plenty locked in for so long while this relist is still ongoing.
I was a strong supporter of inft previously and never realised that relist will take so long.
Good Fortunes all
Fingers crossed they will relist by end of the year
Some came here because they thought something would happen within a reasonable timescale.
Can anyone tell me where we may have been if GW had not stepped in? Seems to me that there are a few who post here who feel they have all the answers.
Not to the shareholders?
You’ve only got yourselves to blame for failure as you voted for it.
Don’t you mean 2020 at the earliest ?
I agree with everything else : )
I mean who else issues themselves £10,000,000 worth of shares in a company that was only worth £2,500,000 ?
Even at .0014 they would still be worth £3,300,000 !
Still more than the company is, sorry, was worth.
He will get his money back, well some of it, and before any of you idiots that voted yes.
Of course the transparency rules will apply , but so what ? Do you really think he gives a fcuk ?
After the horse has bolted he will be transparent with the selling ha ha as he won’t tell you before that.
I hope you yes voters get a good price of .0013
More like .00013
Any price will be good for you bluudy idiots.
Yes indeed !
Well I hope you see 2p ? That’ll make a few sheckles. : )
Why would he sell now when he'll expect the share price to be 2p plus when drilling next to the biggest onshore oil filed in Europe at some point soon.
I would imagine he'll be aware of price sensitive information and hence be unable to trade
Will sell on open ?
If he has no definite plan, and it all turns out to be a failure or farce then he will be the first out the door with his money back.
The new directors will make sure of that, and it is unlikely it will be announced in the next RNS ha ha.
Do any of you that voted yes really think you will be able to sell for a profit ?
Ha Ha , I really do hope I’m wrong.
