G3E@GREKO.Com was the email I contacted - twice
Plus
Judiciary.KY forwarded my email to both parties
It is backdated PDF, and refinancing has been going on since July 2020 with JPL’s - maybe this is the correct outcome?
There is very little meat on the rns, no mention of partners, assets, figures, unfortunatley, with regret, sorry, lack of agreement/ negotiation.
Maybe just maybe this might be good news...?
Iknownuffin.
As I understand it ...
Last time year the original hearing in December was to wind up G3e. When it went to court they agreed to appoint JPL instead of JOL. After much delays ( Covid etc ) we had an announcement to say that the jol would be acting as jol in order to wind up and liquidate the G3e subsidery green dragon gas which holds all the gas producing assets, pay of the debt and G3e would continue as an exploration and investment company. This had the full support of the company and the JPL
now this.
If at all G3 has been wound up /liquidated there would have had to be a court case ? You cannot do so without ? But hang on correct me if I’m wrong , would it just be that possible to do such a thing with however much debt with shareholders or banks knowing zero ?
There’s nothing like clear communication with shareholders...and this is nohing like...
If the dates within are correct they do not correspond with G3 still listed and trading on LSE so that would incline it is a green dragon winding up/ liquidation order ?
The rns is a link to a scanned letter ffs. I’m thinking there has been a **** up!
If not this is Fukin disgraceful
Can liquidation of GD be done in lieu of winding up, and avoid need to go to court, explains why we’ve not seen judgement ( no case actually held)? Yes, I’m speculating.
So your all saying it’s a winding up petition for instance from G3 to green dragon ? But green dragon is not mentioned at all and G3 , company etc was ? Obviously it could be the outcome we was expecting and poorly written to not be very informative with the company heading ??
The difference between the two are: Winding Up involves ending all business affairs and includes the closure of the company (including liquidation or dissolution), whilst Liquidation is specifically about selling off company assets in order to pay creditors and then closing the company.
I think so it has to be green dragon - there is no dreen dragon and the CASE WAS FOR GREEN DRAGON!!
Something is wrong here.
They should set up a “tele call with all shareholders” and explain more of the specifics as all shares held. Literally ALL!
Thinking more I’m agreeing. The company. Despite the header (copy paste error?) that is being wound up has got to be the Green Dragon. Hasnt it?
How often does that happen Mark?
A group email with JPL will help
hang on hang on hang on
How can a company that gas secretly without announcement been put into liquidation continue to trade its shares on LSE ?
There is something missing in the rns, the use of the word company...
I definately think an email to Rebecca tomorrow.
Why would he throw away assets worth well in excess ofdebt at this latter and end stage?
Don’t get it.
So figgy as long as there is 40m left over out of at least 635m we are all good?
aren’t we?
Shareholders will get absolutely zero for the simple reason the assets will be worth literally nothing on a liquidation setting so on paper billions in reality with this zero. Fair chunk of cash gone but you live and learn don’t you
A liquidator’s job is to oversee the process of liquidating the company, and will ensure that a company’s contracts, including employment contracts, are fully completed or transferred accordingly. Following this, business transactions and operations will be shut down and legal matters will be resolved in due course. The liquidator will then sell the assets and collect debts owed to the company, before finally paying the creditors and sharing any of the remaining capital with shareholders.
It makes no sense.
Yes there was still the open and original G3e petition that had jpl appointed had not been discharged but that should have been a formality as the winding up of green dragon gas had all round support the company, the court even the flippin jol agreed to act as jol for green dragon! How can G3e get wound up before they even stepped into court ffs!
Problem is randeep hates anyone making money off his back and loves games , always been the same so probably all his toys he threw out when he couldn’t have them exactly where he wanted them , his ass was covered seeing that these companies are so entwined he couldn’t lose so boom sink the ****er
So as per the RNS. We get back what’s left over. “If solvent”
Let’s hope there’s a bidding war or we get sod all back.
Call me old fashioned but that would be a material change to the RNA announcement in the
rns updating on when court proceedings to take place
They would have had to raise a new RNA to update the market that this was not to be the case
and further advise or issue a 2nd RNA that the company which has multiple subsid's would be
going into liquidation
This would all have to have been done prior to the 15th as Mark said why suspend for absence
of results, when they could have gone straight into suspension on liquidation days earlier ?
The header may just be as G3E is the parent company
Would not panic just yet
give it ten minutes
:))
Ah well ****ed over ...... just sent the **** a piece of my mind on twitter , glad he has stayed rich though !! Over and out guys
And the sp simply ran up all week?
No large sellers, everyone held, incl singaporean govt, etc
