To be fair I received the following response....
‘ G3 Exploration Limited (In Official Liquidation) (the “Company”)
As you are aware, the Company is in Official Liquidation and is a holding company with several subsidiary entities beneath it, some of which ultimately hold assets. The recovery of any proceeds to the Company that would enable the liquidators to pay stakeholders in the required order of priority, as established by Cayman Islands law, is entirely dependent upon the level of realisations achieved at subsidiary entities. Those subsidiary entities are not under our control, but under the control of secured creditors who exercised their rights to appoint a Receiver and it remains highly uncertain as to what level, or when, proceeds will ultimately reach the Company.
We will let you know as and when there are any material developments.
Thank you for your understanding.
So anyone know who the receivers are as it seems they would have latest info on how the realisation of assets is going?
I have to agree rob it is now taking the ****
Bit of a joke how we have waited this long with zero understanding of next steps and no replies.
Have e mailed them too in last couple of days. Last time they were inundated with e mails they finally put out an RNS update.
I might call next week.
I’ve given up they are just blanking emails!
I have also sent 3 emails with no response at all from them
I really do think we are last on the pecking list and it’s pretty disappointing as we was the shareholders
Thank you. A full e mail account might make them realise they have a responsibility to shareholders too!
You won’t get a response I have sent three in the last two weeks.
They said they wouldn’t be replying to individuals but 7 months is ridiculous with little to no updates.
rrohan@alvarezandmarsal.com
Can you post the e mail address and Ill send one too. The last update said teh file will be with eth court end of Jan and a further update would be provided soon after. That's now 10 weeks!
https://youtu.be/Yx8roj7R01E Should make one for us on G3EX
Took a fresh punt on IOFINA - IOF -
PRODUCER of IODINE
Good upside me thinks once it kicks off on radar.
Decent spread.
Just took a few of these at just now. Recovery play after Covid. Have a look.
Just noticed your post on 7th April. You should have read my post on the 31st March. The ‘tip’ as you put it for 88e bagged but I warned of leaving it in over the weekend. If G3E has taught us anything it must surely be not to risk your stake money. I took my stake out so didn’t do too badly.
Not even tried mate.
you ever tried contacting his majesty Roo ?s
I have sent them three emails over the past 2 weeks with zero reply.
Surely even a suspended company has some obligation to reply to investors.
Accounts are way overdue
Surely doesn't take 7 months to understand assets
Only positive in my mind is we have something worth taking this long...
Hope all is well and can’t believe it’s been 7 months already
Hope your all doing well and staying safe
Tbh Roo I think there is little point... for better or worse we’ll hear something soon.
Tried to contact the JOLS? I emailed them this week with no response.
I was thinking about this today, two things that make me laugh:
The RNS in October 2020 stated the financial statements are still going to be audited, why has this not been shared with the market?
The RNS in September 2020 stated "The Board of the Company is in support of the relief sought in the Petition and expects such action to provide the Company's stakeholders with fair market returns upon the sale of GDG assets."
Never have happened in administration or not the company should still have to update us on the above surely
7 months is fairly averagely decent house transaction timeframe - should have given them enough time to work out how much they will or won’t rip everyone off.
Fingers crossed they for those holding £50k+ !
“If I throw a dog a bone, I don’t wanna know if it tastes good or not” .
I reckon we’re gunna hear something on this one soon, just a hunch, pulled from pretty much nowhere.
7 months in tho.
I did well
Sold before the news on the rise
It got Hammered yesterday
Bought 1st thing and sold at 2pm for a good little profit
