I will find the full interview, bit strange a lot of leisure shares have bounced up high and this has not
also like u said the board are in over 11p - so hard to imagine a very low placing
Hi draft.
Do you have a link to the interview?
I can imagine that they may have to raise a bit, but I do know that the BOD and family / friends are big holders so I don't imagine that they would want to dilute too much.
I've upped my holding here recently as I like Franco Manca very much and the share price has been historically low. I think
the chains we read about going into administration in the current lockdown are those that were almost bust anyway. I am hoping Fulham Shore will come out the other end stronger and with fewer of the debt-laden competitors.
Any plans to raise further investment or refinance?
No, we haven’t raised investment. Obviously we’re on AIM [stock exchange] so that is a possibility. We have a banking facility, and we’ve got cash in the bank, so we still have somewhere to go at the end.
I just read the owners interview - they have opened up more stores but he hasn't ruled out a placing?
I bought some more of these in the last few days.
Mainly because I love the pizza and it must come back!
Trading update Dec 16 , fingers crossed
2018-19 accounts due this month I think.
I'm hoping that while their competition has been closing shops, they have continued to grow.
Thanks Sunny I sold ages ago and bought into Wres , luckily I sold at the price these are at now. Wres going to take off very soon , in my opinion that is :)
***buy***
No soulsister, you're not alone ! Not a massively traded share but a good company run by very experienced people.
The recent director but fills me with confidence.
More buys than sells and a stagnant SP anyone know what's going on ? Am I alone on this bb
Blue is my colour , nice one
Hurrah upwards . Also they are looking at a site in Canterbury near me. Good news
Oh one trade today a sell, onwards and upwards then . Quiet on the share front today.
Anyone know what's happening here ? No trades and no live prices at all , seems ominous .
I though there would have been a little more SP action today?
Results due mid July according to their trading statement in March.
Does anyone know when the next update is from these guys? News seems to be sparce.
Fulham Shore are mentioned in our recent blog post on: The Dangers of Share Tipping, Alliance Trust and AIM Regulation https://www.sharesoc.org/blog/company-news/the-dangers-of-share-tipping-alliance-trust-and-aim-regulation/
This share us dead
What is happening here
This is awful but I completely forgot about this board. Hope you've had a good year fella! My boss mentioned that one of the contractors has quite a holding and is very confident. We're involved in the new store openings in Kings Cross and some retro work in a couple of other stores. Company still growing and spending money on improving the business. Good to see directors buying to the tune of £200k but moreso that they hold to the tune of £30M
only bought these last month and disappointing fall. good to see directors buying although am concerned about perceived slowdown in sector.
Management brought shares today!
Hi Fallingknife.....no it never did in fact the share went up to over 19p and i was`nt prepared to pay that, so i cancelled the buy order at the end of the week, was very tempted when it dropped to17.50 this week but decided to wait for update this week How lucky was that, still holding off, has a little concerned with the sectors falling sales Not even Management buying yesterday will tempt me just yet as they`re on a win win situation anyway
