Looking forward to Tuesday nice to know we won't be darwinized from the get go - GLA HOLDERS and not forgetting the newbies wanting in tight ship now.
Everyone that's still in has made their choice to do so. New company, different business. How boring would it be for them to continue to post from onwards from Tuesday morning. Get a life for gods sake.
GL all for next week. Here we gooooooo!
Thechukkers- you and your de ramping mates HAVE NOW LOST THE THE ARGUMENT - now shut up and move on we will be the new company Tuesday under the ticker BOS, anyone posting history or references to FTE have no place here in fact you are history . We are now BOS with NO CAPITAL RAISE on ADMISSION cashed up via the DJTrust fund expect some tasty news flow: here is number one on the list for company invite to the Momentous O2 investor event London October the 6th .
Thechukkers just so it's clear I'm sure you wouldn't want to mislead anyone but you have missed a line out from your cut and paste. The latest updated RNS has a sentence between ADMISSION- Anticipated. It says "Nil capital raise on admission" How did you manage that? Or did you prefer the bold heading without including the correct information again!! GLA genuine holders.
-CAPITAL TO BE RAISED ON ADMISSION (IF APPLICABLE) AND ANTICIPATED MARKET CAPITALISATION ON ADMISSION- Anticipated market capitalisation on Admission £4m..btw there is a shedload of dilution amongst companies that generate revenue, this one does not generate any revenue, who do you think is gonna pay the wages of those *fancy directors*
Nick stop being silly. You know for well that companies especially exploration companies that generate no turnover have to get funding from somewhere. Exploration companies make there money by suring up a deposit then sell it or JV it etc. True using Darwin screws over holders but without them FTE would of had no funding. I agree with you however the amount of money they wasted on Olympic domain and kuriskova etc was defo not in the best interests of the shareholders.
And at that point people were adamant and called people like me idiots for saying that the licence would not get renewed in Kuriskova, even when the decision was under appeal people thought it was nailed in and refused to hear otherwise. That was probably the worst investment decision FTE took, but of course that is all relative. As all of the other assets have zero value apparently it means that they were also terrible, so bad in fact that it might cost to dispose of them. Then we have the Darwin decision. Now why would you take funding from a company that shorted you just prior to this? In fact during this period the share price dropped by 90% and the share was diluted to such a huge extent that we now have billions of shares in play at 0.0028p. So can anyone tell me, how did mark get 43% share of the new company and after so many terrible decisions, what makes you think the next will be a good one?
Say goodbye to bloch, Graham, chukers, cobbers, marva1 and all the other hanger-on's with no investments. If they follow then they must be loner's.Here we now have a new company, new name, new customers, new investments. The drampers should now go do one, as your making yourselfs look sad.
BOS will be the ticker -read the RNS
Explain on Tuesday morning the Rto will go through and the share price will change but Will the ticker still be FTE ?
What a load of scrabble you post along with the famous three , jog on we are BOS
You probably got some more to come next week but don't hang around to long unless of course they announce this amazing deal involving Microsoft using their software lol
Thats it folks. FTE is no more. Lets now hope MT can take Bos Global to great highs.
Lets see how long the £4m MCAP remains at that... I'm expecting a decline as the new large shareholders sell and realise some cash, and who knows Darwin could be called upon again!!
Hello Graham- been a wonderful day here at FTE now BOS
I don't think you will want to bring up FTE's history because it will be seriously off-putting to say the least!
Lol
just a final read of what happened
Why did you post that?
Who do you use now if you don't mind me asking! all of them are pretty carp.
Get an after hours final rns from fte/bos before launch of the new company. Something special. Wouldn't that be welcomed. Certainly would raise a few eyes this direction. Gla.
In May 2014 Perth-based Forte Energy agreed to take over the Slovakian uranium assets of European Uranium Resources (EUU)* based in Canada through a share issue. This was not approved, so Forte agreed to pay $4 million in cash and farm-in for a 50% share in EUU subsidiaries, Ludovika Energy and Ludovika Mining, which operate in Slovakia. The cash was paid in October 2014, and Forte then needed to spend $350,000 pa over ten years to complete the deal. However, in October 2015 Forte terminated the agreement and forfeited its 50% interest in the two companies to EUU due to the government failure to renew exploration licences. EUU was investigating the Kuriskova and Novoveska Huta uranium deposits as well as other uranium exploration targets in the Slovak Carpathian uranium belt in the east of the country. Kuriskova is about 15 km northwest of Kosice, and Novoveska Huta is about 50 km west of it, near S****ka Nova Ves. Both have potential molybdenum and rare earths by-products. EUU in 2012 signed an agreement in principle with the Ministry of Economy for mining development to proceed. In April 2015 Ludovika Energy applied to extend the exploration licence for Kuriskova, but the Environment Ministry denied this. Ludovika Energy then applied for rare earths exploration licences over the Kuriskova deposit. EUU and Ludovika undertook legal action against the Environment Ministry regarding non-extension of the uranium permits, and expected compensation on the basis that more than €25 million had been invested in the project. EUU then agreed with a Slovak party to take over all operations, retaining a 25% stake in any financial compensation from legal proceedings. A regional court dismissed the lawsuit in June 2016. In May 2016 EUU changed its name to Azarga Metals Corp. and focused on a Russian copper-silver project.
