If SAG were the big buyers today then by my reckoning they now hold over 25%, won’t be long before they hold over 30% and we know what has to happen then.....
And yet no chat here..? Hopefully people agreed not to sell at 26p as I suggested, big rise late today mind...
Why would anyone sell now at 26p when its pretty obvious that SAG have FST in their sights and have loads of cash in the bank?
SAG will now up the anti. They are collecting like mad at 25p.
I'm expecting a new bid at above 40p this time, which again will be rebuffed. The board rightly point out 36 million as a plus point and will be looking much higher.
This will be interesting as any buy out makes progress.
Im holding in the hope of getting much more towards my original stake here.
. . . or at what price SAG will launch a bid ??
....more stake building today. Mms will take 150k shares at 25p no questions asked, yet can only give 25k shares without setting trade plan. I wonder at what price SAG will stop buying?
Yep. SAG stake building.
And yes NM it's very frustrating to see FST management seemingly brain dead.
Hi highsteaks. Very frustrating to hear that this other company can make a lot of money out of FST, yet the management at FST - and they are an amazingly talented bunch have struggled to make money themselves. I've held the share hoping they would come good and expand but their lack of progress has brought about a decline. I hope they can turn this round and start to make good money out of their partnerships again.I remember when they used to get lots of new deals and parterships. Shame they cannot build on this mode.

Probably an order from SAG
...to see that mms are taking any quantity at 25p and yet it still occasional goes to NT for buying.
I suspect some big buy orders in the background.
Do anything is poss DYOR
Reading the Science Group's RNS, it's clear that they think they can make a lot of money out of FST. Hopefully they accumulate and try again.
He bought and his making good money on them today ..
Low free float coming...science group took 9% last week on the open market
Person who made rejected offer has bought 9% on the open market in the open market in the last week.
Have you read the rns? Sales of $36m expected. This should be 70p on that.
Pure mugging ///A few trades from 18 to 30 and now back down again mms meal for the day //

Appears to be just a rumour from an adventure poster...
Where's this broker rating figure of 70p from??
30 p per share cash offer rejected by BOD...apparently broker rating circa 70p, IMO
Mr Videologic - - Imagination Tech - work your magic pse - pull something out of the bag
£2 quid xmas before last and they've been going down eversince. Hopefully Prof Toumaz has cashed in his million bonus - millions lost on the medical device! - We long term holders should have got rid when as the price collapsed none of the directors bought! - perhaps Mr Sethill can throw some light on the fall! - the recent results don't seem to point to this collapse - gutted and broke!!
fall today. Is it me or does this company seem to have run out of ideas and the ability to get big new deals. They seem to have become stale at the moment. Although the internet of things is a huge market apparently I'm sure usable and practical products are what are required. Would be good to see Frontier get a number of new deals in the bag.
Anyone know what the reason for the sell off is?

All time low share price you couldn't make it up could you.
