It looks to me as though FRR has evidence to put forward to pursue the breach of fiduciary duties against Mr Hope et al, and Mr H et al do not want it to proceed. And FRR are lining this up for a time when the Georgia shenanigans are over. Sounds like the FRR team are pretty confidant! Any comments from our legal posters?
