Compared to a lot of the dross on AIM. A few reasons from acquisition RNS (7th July) as to why I'm in: Regulatory approvals for launch in China in place - first order from distributor with payment in advance expected following hospital testing after AIM admission CE-Marking for UK and Europe to follow in 2017 Acquisition presents an attractive market opportunity to capitalise on the Chinese and EU infertility market with annual revenue potential worth c.£600m

Any of you guys snapped up your offer and your warrents? I just did. After losing 4 figures i feel like this is the chance to reclaim some ground.
some big selling going on in chunks 25m at a time. Any one any thoughts on this who or why?
Bought 1.4m today see how it fares in the next few months, I think it may still drift down to the placing price and will not take off until next year when the CE mark is achieved.

Bought more at 0.49 :)
I have just bought another 1mil and .046 but showing as sell. Would suggest any deals at that or above at the moment are buys.
Thats very true and i appreciate your comments. I have no doubt it will be exciting, their business plan is very compelling.

Anything over 0.03p would reflect confidence in Adam Reynolds and the newco prospectus outlined today. So ok it might only go down to 0.04p to reflect the Reynolds factor but I am not concerned about tomorrow's price. This was to be expected in the short term, the punt is on what the price will be in a year or two, let's say 0.2p in oldco terms or 50p newco if we can replicate Optibiotix. IMO.
It was mentioned before that it could always go down to NAV if things didnt go according to plan, but they are going according to plan. Any drop tomorrow would be seen as a huge buying opportunity and a poke in the eye for medium term shareholders like myself.
Is the Consolidation level right though 250:1 for existing shares?
Sorry you're wrong slug, the comparisons are new 7.5p (ie £0.075 not 0.075p) vs current 0.03p, ie a factor of 250. The RNS no 4814D even states at para 10 that the new share price is a discount of 48% against current share price, hence the potential drop towards 0.03p tomorrow
Wow.... I looked in here earlier to see someone commenting that someone over on ADVFN had 'done the maths' and basically we're all doomed. So i've just found the time to go take a look - hoping it might shed a little light - expecting a lengthy and in-depth debate, and what do I see? About half a dozen posts, including approximately 2 which had something that barely resembled math - and possibly one of the daftest attempts at analysis I have ever seen. Either a very poor effort at deramping or utter stupidity.... take your pick. For the record, I believe the prices stated are current - IE shares will be placed at .075p in todays money/sp/terms, not post consolidation money/sp/terms. I stand to be corrected, and if I'm wrong so be it. A punt is a punt.

Slug yes I am in here although my smallest investment in my portfolio, just 1m shares as a punt on Adam Reynolds that he can do another Optibiotix! Not sure at this stage whether to take up the open offer, might just let the 1m old or 4000 newco shares ride and see what happens in a year or two.
Funnily enough, I've been reading a little deeper since I posted and I have to concede that you are right. Oh well - I guess I will be relying on the open offer and performance of the new company to make my investment here worthwhile. Its the first RTO I've been involved in, and only a modest sum in here, so happy to see how it plays out. Do you see a good potential here? Are you in?
Im not sure I buy into this whole theory that it'll drop to 0.03p on the open tomorrow. 0.03 is only a 2.5 division of 0.075 - not a 250 division. I suspect the whole thing was a ploy to encourage others to sell and present a cheaper buy-in opportunity. I've held on anyway, will be interesting to see how things play out - the RNS's are certainly a complicated reading.

Not sure il be reading the RNSs later! Presume instructions sent to your own broker nominee so we need to contact them to pass on details to interested shareholders.
Get in touch with the brokers i presume, Beaufort Securities.Tel: +44 (0)20 7382 8300 Sadly i am not in the country at this time.
I´ve owned the shares since Feb this year, 10ks worth in fact. How do we qualify or get in on the Open Offer? Sorry for all the questions but i am sure afew people would like to know, every little helps as they say. ;)
Possibly but presumably most people interested in this opportunity would have bought in before today to qualify for the open offer. I know I did rather than wait till after the ex entitlement date has passed. I'm prepared for my existing holding to fall by half initially and then rise over the future months as the newco builds value.
Interesting, but if the price dropped then i would expect huge buying in the existing Ord.shares between now and the 25th.

You Tube - watch?v=5zEoxtseaQc Frontier Resources crossing new boundaries with switch into healthcare
Some coverage on Proactive investors, including a telephone/video chat with the CEO of Concepta - worth a listen. I would post a link but LSE always 'censors' those - so just do a Google search on 'FRI Concepta news' and you should get to it.
is 250:1 at 12.75 pence for existing shareholders. Is that correct?
Slugworth - I, like you, didn't take the consolidation into effect and the maths mean that the placing price is actually lower than the current SP - see ADVFN for a full explanation - I'm holding to buy more at the discount price, but others may take a different view
Personally I took the opportunity to add a few more this morning. I'm thinking some have seen the 0.025p and freaked out for all the wrong reasons. Its a bit of a punt, and it may turn out to be the wrong thing - we'll just have to wait and see. The placing price of 0.075 seems to suggest we are due to be repriced 50% higher and thats more than enough for me. Fingers crossed for a good result!
There's some good discussion over on ADVFN about things - worth a look regarding the maths about the placing and possible options for shareholders.

Intrigue, it is confusing and you're right, may well account for the selling. Once it starts nervous people often follow, basically panicking. I'm hoping someone, perhaps Shares Mag or *************, will analyse the opportunity calmly. Tom Winnifrith is always enthusiastic about Adam Reynolds. One positive article could be enough to reverse the trend.
I think you're right Brycen - the 0.025 price is the par value, following consolidation, which I believe this extract of the RNS explains. "Ordinary shares of £0.025 each (following a 250 to 1 share consolidation of existing shares of £0.0001)" The placing price will be 0.075 based on the aforementioned extract from the original RNS: "The consideration for the Acquisition of £3.026 million is to be satisfied by the issue of 30,343,950 New Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price of £0.075 per share." Confusing though I must admit and that confusion could be the cause of some people selling.
Thanks Brycen, I think I'll hang around and see what happens
0.025 I think that's the par value, the price the original shares were issued at. Adam Reynolds has an impressive track record, look at Optibiotix. I agree with you, the placement at £0.075 supports the share price. Why do people sell? I don't understand it! Maybe they hoped for something more dramatic and dumped their shares. Surely sentiment will change when the potentila is clear? I intend holding mine at bought at 0.58.
Thanks intrigue. I'm now confused as they are quoting placing shares of 0.025 in the latest RNS?
That should have been 0.05 :)

Not entirely sure what to make of all this, but fingers crossed its very very good!

Change of adviser. They probably wouldn't be going to this trouble unless there was significant news fairly imminent. IMO possibly some RTO news.
