Right, I'm in with an amount it wouldn't kill me to lose, but enough to buy something nice should the company ever do anything to justify a £1m mcap :)
It does not take a rocket scientist to work out what is happening here. Mr Reynolds has obviously sacked the existing, and most dismal performing, board to reinvent this business. With his track record, notably Optibiotix and Premaitha Health, one can assume the game plan here is to do something similar. What a marvellous opportunity to buy the stock ahead of the record date being 15th Feb which entitles you to participate in a warrant which exercise at 0.03p. Seems to me to be a no brainer!!
That's my thought this morning after reading some twitter interest..priced to fail imo so perhaps some light appearing at the end of the tunnel. Expecting a change of direction with mr reynolds as with his previous ventures. Punt imo only don't go heavy at this time
This director already has £150k invested from previous years. He must believe Adam Reynolds could turn this around just like he did to VIY, now a successfully biotech company named Premaitha.
"Neil Herbert, a director of the Company, has subscribed £100,000 for 333,333,333 Subscription Shares at the Subscription Price." At first glance I'd assume this was on the way out, but it's interesting to see a dir. front £100k. Someone is confident that there's money to be made. I might be tempted to take a punt considering the £200k mcap.
Take a look
Adam Reynolds appointed to the board
Apparently some sort of reverse takeover expert... Why on earth would you list all the failures but not the success stories of this guy?? It is shocking, although not as shocking as this boards performance
Burn the shares
...???
?????..
About 4.6 billion shares?
Adam Reynolds confirmed but shedloads of shares to be issued at 0.03p.
Bin....1500 loss for me
Yes may be Reynolds could help out with a good reverse take over, like he did with Vialogy now Premaitha, there is never any good news from this jinx of a company.. so present shareholders get to buy warrants?
Who bought those chucky buys a few days ago
The only positive, they are trying to get Adam Reynolds on board
gee
Oh dear...
not good
Thank you.
Surely a holdings RNS is on the cards. Just looking at the first few trades today there were buys of a one percent and two percent of the company. No idea why, but someone seems to be loading up.
sorry for my ignorance, but with no news and this spread %, what is happening?
From the last RNS; "The Board is continuing to consider all the options for the potential ongoing funding of the Company which could include an issue of new equity, the disposal of part or all of the Group's existing licence interests and possibly the investment in new projects outside of the oil sector."
this up?
