Thank you, i appreciate your reply. Yes, based on the opinion of 0.03 the shares would probably have already taken that into consideration.

Presumably because that's the effective placing price based on preconsolidation number of shares, ie 7,5p /250. So that might happen in short term but doesn't take into account the Reynolds magic factor, eg look what happened with optibiotix!
Sub 0.03?
Why do you expect it to drop sub 0.003 tomorrow?
is 250:1 at 12.75 pence for existing shareholders. Is that correct?
Slugworth - I, like you, didn't take the consolidation into effect and the maths mean that the placing price is actually lower than the current SP - see ADVFN for a full explanation - I'm holding to buy more at the discount price, but others may take a different view
There's some good discussion over on ADVFN about things - worth a look regarding the maths about the placing and possible options for shareholders.
Some coverage on Proactive investors, including a telephone/video chat with the CEO of Concepta - worth a listen. I would post a link but LSE always 'censors' those - so just do a Google search on 'FRI Concepta news' and you should get to it.
Personally I took the opportunity to add a few more this morning. I'm thinking some have seen the 0.025p and freaked out for all the wrong reasons. Its a bit of a punt, and it may turn out to be the wrong thing - we'll just have to wait and see. The placing price of 0.075 seems to suggest we are due to be repriced 50% higher and thats more than enough for me. Fingers crossed for a good result!
Intrigue, it is confusing and you're right, may well account for the selling. Once it starts nervous people often follow, basically panicking. I'm hoping someone, perhaps Shares Mag or *************, will analyse the opportunity calmly. Tom Winnifrith is always enthusiastic about Adam Reynolds. One positive article could be enough to reverse the trend.
I think you're right Brycen - the 0.025 price is the par value, following consolidation, which I believe this extract of the RNS explains. "Ordinary shares of £0.025 each (following a 250 to 1 share consolidation of existing shares of £0.0001)" The placing price will be 0.075 based on the aforementioned extract from the original RNS: "The consideration for the Acquisition of £3.026 million is to be satisfied by the issue of 30,343,950 New Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price of £0.075 per share." Confusing though I must admit and that confusion could be the cause of some people selling.
That should have been 0.05 :)
I would sell today for 0.5 if you can get it as this equates to 12.5p post offer!
from tomorrow so I'd expect most are holding to retain entitlement to the open offer so this may drop sub 0.03 tomorrow...if you're a holder I would sell tomorrow on the bell at 8am IMO
Thanks Brycen, I think I'll hang around and see what happens
0.025 I think that's the par value, the price the original shares were issued at. Adam Reynolds has an impressive track record, look at Optibiotix. I agree with you, the placement at £0.075 supports the share price. Why do people sell? I don't understand it! Maybe they hoped for something more dramatic and dumped their shares. Surely sentiment will change when the potentila is clear? I intend holding mine at bought at 0.58.
Thanks intrigue. I'm now confused as they are quoting placing shares of 0.025 in the latest RNS?
That's my understanding from the RNS extract below Jezza: "The consideration for the Acquisition of £3.026 million is to be satisfied by the issue of 30,343,950 New Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price of £0.075 per share and cash of £750,120, which values the Existing Share Capital at circa. £1.55 million." So buying now at 0.053'ish seems a bargain!
Maybe just that the herd hasn't arrived yet?
I'm in at 0.052 - placing at 0.075 or am I mistaken? Surely this is a very very good buy unless I've totally missed something here? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated Thanks
Not entirely sure what to make of all this, but fingers crossed its very very good!
....exciting times ahead.
He never has one, pointless posts :(
Not sure what your point is?
